Claims (7)
- 용접에 필요한 레이저를 발생시키는 레이저 발생부;상기 레이저를 용접대상으로 집광하여 제공하여 예비 용접부를 형성하는 집광렌즈; 및상기 예비 용접부에 진동 타격 및 가압을 수행하여 용접부로 형성하는 진동롤을 포함하는 레이저 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동롤의 회전 및 상하 진동을 제어하는 진동롤 제어부를 더 포함하는 레이저 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동롤의 외면은 실질적으로 균일한 레이저 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동롤의 외면에는 다수의 돌출부들이 형성된 레이저 용접 장치.
- 레이저를 용접 대상에 제공하여 예비 용접부를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 예비 용접부에 진동 타격 및 가압을 실시하여 용접부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 레이저 용접 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 진동롤의 표면은 실질적으로 균일한 레이저 용접 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 진동롤의 표면에는 다수의 돌출부들이 형성된 레이저 용접 방법.
