Description
Claims (6)
- 소음기의 내부에 배기가스 유로를 형성하는 유도파이프에 다른 배기가스 유로를 형성하도록 개구부가 형성되고, 상기 개구부를 통해 작용하는 배기가스의 압력과 자체의 중량의 차이로 상기 개구부의 개방량을 조절하는 밸브바디를 구비한 소음기용 유로조절밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 밸브바디에는 중량을 증가시키는 웨이트블록이 추가로 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 소용기용 유로조절밸브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 밸브바디는 상기 유도파이프에 부착된 밸브하우징에 힌지축을 매개로 회동가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기용 유로조절밸브.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 밸브바디는 원호 형상으로 형상되면서 그 일단이 상기 힌지축에 회동가능하게 설치되고, 상기 밸브바디의 좌우 가장자리 양측에 상기 웨이트블록이 각각 고정되게 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기용 유로조절밸브.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 밸브바디가 상기 개구부를 닫는 방향으로 회동할 때에 닫힘 스트로크를 제한하는 닫힘 스톱퍼가 상기 밸브하우징에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기용 유로조절밸브.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 밸브바디가 상기 개구부를 개방하는 방향으로 회동할 때에 상기 밸브바디의 개방 스트로크를 제한하는 개방 스톱퍼를 구비하고, 상기 밸브하우징에는 상기 개방 스톱퍼와 상호 작용하는 스톱퍼홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기용 유로조절밸브.
