Claims (10)
- 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤에 있어서,피스톤 핀 방향 측면에 대하여 상기 피스톤 직경만큼의 반경을 갖는 원호 형상의 곡면으로 상기 상면으로부터 일정높이를 가지며, 가장자리는 상기 상면과 라운드 처리되어 돌출 형성되는 융기부;피스톤 상면에 대하여 상기 융기부 상의 중앙에서 흡기측으로 치우친 상태의 비대칭 타원형 형상의 바닥면을 가지며, 상기 바닥면은 배기측이 깊어지도록 일정 경사각을 가지며, 내벽부는 높이방향으로 일정 상승각도를 갖도록 원호면으로 형성되는 보울;상기 피스톤 상면에 대하여 상기 융기부의 양측 에지단이 상기 피스톤 상면의 흡기측을 향하여 일정 각도로 확대되어 상기 보울과 연결되는 트럼펫부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 융기부의 높이는상기 피스톤의 직경에 대하여 5%~5.5%의 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 융기부의 가장자리는상기 피스톤의 상면에 대하여 그 직경의 80%~84% 범위 내의 원호의 외접면 형상의 라운드면으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 융기부는상기 피스톤 상면에 대하여, 그 중심으로부터 피스톤 직경의 5%~7% 길이만큼 배기측으로 옵셋된 지점을 중심으로 피스톤 반경의 78%~82%의 반경을 가지며, 가장자리는 상기 피스톤 상면과의 사이에 협곡단을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 융기부의 협곡단과 에지단이 만나는 지점은피스톤 핀의 축선으로부터 피스톤 직경의 3%~5% 길이만큼 배기측으로 옵셋된 위치에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 비대칭 타원형 형상의 바닥면은상기 융기부의 중앙에서 흡기측으로 좁아지는 형상의 타원형 바닥면인 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 바닥면의 일정 경사각은상기 피스톤 상면에 대한 보울의 최대 깊이가 피스톤 직경의 1%~1.25% 범위 이내가 되도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 보울 내벽부의 상승각도는상기 보울의 팁부에서의 원호 접선각으로 65°인 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제8항에서,상기 보울의 팁부는일정반경의 라운드면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
- 제1항에서,상기 융기부의 양측 에지단은상기 피스톤의 중심으로부터 피스톤 직경의 1/3 길이만큼 배기측으로 옵셋된 지점을 중심으로 상기 피스톤 직경의 100%~105% 범위 내의 직경을 갖는 원호를 따라 형성되며, 상기 보울과의 연결지점에서의 원호 접선각은 50°인 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접분사 엔진용 피스톤.
