Description
Claims (9)
- 액정패널;상기 액정패널에 조사될 광을 발생하는 다수의 광원들을 실장하며, 상기 광원들에 동작 전원을 공급하는 광원용 PCB;바닥면이 개방된 수납부와 바닥면이 개방되지 않은 안착 공간부를 포함하여 상기 광원용 PCB를 수납하며, 상기 수납부를 통해 상기 광원용 PCB의 배면 일부를 외부로 노출시키는 보텀 커버;상기 액정패널과 광원용 PCB에 구동신호를 공급하는 메인 PCB; 및상기 액정패널의 적층을 안내하는 적층부와 상기 액정패널에 수직한 방향으로 상기 메인 PCB의 삽입을 유도하는 삽입 공간부를 갖는 패널 가이드를 구비하며;상기 메인 PCB는 상기 삽입 공간부내에 삽입되어 상기 안착 공간부내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정패널은 자신에게 접속된 FPC를 통해 상기 구동신호를 공급받으며;상기 FPC는 상기 패널 가이드의 일 외측면을 감싸도록 연장된 후 절곡되어 상기 메인 PCB에 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액정패널의 가장자리와, 상기 패널 가이드 및 보텀 커버의 외측면을 감싸는 탑 케이스를 더 구비하고;상기 FPC는 상기 탑 케이스에 의해 차폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광원용 PCB의 일측에는 상기 구동신호를 입력받기 위한 제1 콘넥터가 형성되고;상기 제1 콘넥터는 상기 안착 공간부 내에서 상기 메인 PCB에 형성된 제2 콘넥터와 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광원들을 노출하는 노출공들을 포함하여 상기 광원용 PCB상에 부착되는 베이스면, 상기 베이스면으로부터 확장되고 상기 적층부를 이루는 상기 패널 가이드의 내부 측벽면에 부착되는 날개면으로 구성된 반사시트를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수납부는 상기 광원용 PCB와 접촉되어 "Z 밴딩" 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보텀 커버는 상기 메인 PCB와의 접촉을 위해 상기 안착 공간부의 바닥면 일측에서 상기 액정패널쪽으로 돌출된 접지용 돌기를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 접지용 돌기는 상기 메인 PCB 쪽으로 휘어진 볼록부와 상기 볼록부의 양측으로 연장되는 직선부를 포함하여 상기 안착 공간부내에서 상기 메인 PCB를 탄성 압압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패널 가이드는 상기 삽입 공간부 내에서 상기 메인 PCB의 삽입을 가이드 하기 위한 가이드 홈들을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
