Claims (6)
- 고무제 벨트 본체의 적어도 풀리 접촉부분 표면에 노출되도록 단섬유 및 카본블랙이 분산되어 배치된 마찰전동벨트에 있어서,
상기 단섬유는, JIS L 1013에 준하여 측정되는 초기 인장 저항도가 100cN/dtex 이상인, 주사슬에 방향족을 포함하지 않는 폴리머로 형성된 고탄성 단섬유를 포함하며, 또,
상기 카본블랙은, JIS K 6217-1에 준하여 측정되는 요소 흡착량이 40g/Kg 이하, 및/또는 JIS K 6217-2에 준하여 측정되는 질소 흡착 비표면적이 40㎡/g 이하인 대경(大徑) 카본블랙을 포함하는 마찰전동벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단섬유가 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유인 마찰전동벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 벨트 본체는, 벨트 안둘레 쪽에, 각각, 벨트 길이방향으로 이어지는 복수의 V립이 벨트 폭방향으로 병렬 형성된 V립 벨트 본체인 마찰전동벨트.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
용도가, 한 쌍의 립 풀리를 포함한 3개 이상의 풀리를 구비하는 자동차의 보기류 구동 벨트전동장치용인 마찰전동벨트.
- V립 벨트가, 한 쌍의 립풀리를 포함한 3개 이상의 풀리에 감긴 자동차의 보기류 구동 벨트전동장치에 있어서,
상기 V립 벨트는, 벨트 안둘레 쪽에, 각각, 벨트 길이방향으로 이어지는 복수의 V립이 벨트 폭방향으로 병렬 형성된 고무제 V립 벨트를 가짐과 더불어, 이 V립 벨트 본체의 적어도 풀리 접촉부분 표면에 노출되도록 단섬유 및 카본블랙이 분산되어 배치되며,
상기 단섬유는, JIS L 1013에 준하여 측정되는 초기 인장 저항도가 100cN/dtex 이상인, 주사슬에 방향족을 포함하지 않는 폴리머로 형성된 고탄성 단섬유를 포함하고, 또,
상기 카본블랙은, JIS K 6217-1에 준하여 측정되는 요소 흡착량이 40g/Kg 이하, 및/또는 JIS K 6217-2에 준하여 측정되는 질소 흡착 비표면적이 40㎡/g 이하인 대경 카본블랙을 포함하는 자동차의 보기류 구동 벨트전동장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 3개 이상의 풀리는, 미스얼라인먼트 양이 2.70°보다 크고 서로 인접하며 상기 V립 벨트가 감긴, 적어도 한쪽이 립풀리인 한 쌍의 풀리를 포함하는 자동차의 보기류 구동 벨트전동장치.
