Abstract

본 발명의 계기는 나만의 우수한 생녹용을 만들어 내기 위해 사슴에게 먹이는 명품 한방사료를 발명하게 되었습니다.
사슴은 특히 민감하여 아무거나 먹일 수 없거니와 한약재의 성분이 사슴과 맞지 않거나 양이 조금만 틀려도 바로는 나타나지 않지만 그 원인으로 인해 서서히 폐사하게 됩니다. 이런 어려움이 있어 2004년도에 만들어서 꾸준히 사슴에게 급여하고 있습니다. 많은 농가에서 한방사료를 시도하였지만 모두 실패하는 어려움이 있었습니다.
한방의 재료로는 백작약(9g), 황기(4g), 육계(2.5g), 당귀(4g), 숙지황(4g), 천궁(3.5g), 감초(2.5g), 산사(2.5g), 삼지구엽초(4g), 맥아(2.5g), 생강(6g), 대추(12g)이렇게 12가지의 생약재를 분말화하여 매년 1월 16일∼6월 15일까지 사료와 혼합 투여 후 150일 동안 일정한 시기를 정하여 급여하고 있습니다. 적량을 정하고 분말화한 12가지의 한약재는 사슴의 소화율이 좋아지고 최대한 몸에 높은 흡수를 보여 녹용의 우수한 질로 나타납니다.
꾸준히 4년 동안 한방사료를 먹고 자란 사슴의 녹용을 건국대학교 녹용연구센터에 의뢰하여 녹용 시료를 분석한 결과 Collagen(콜라겐) 34.21%, CP(조단백질) 70.11%, Ca(칼슘) 11.27% 등 높은 수치의 실험결과가 나왔습니다.
식품 중에 최고의 단백질로 치는 콩에는 단백질이 30%, 일반 녹용에는 단백질 40%가 함유되어 있습니다. 저희 한방생녹용은 어떠한 식품보다도, 어떠한 일반 녹용보다도 월등하게 우수한 명품 녹용을 만들어 냈습니다.

본 발명은 우수한 한방생녹용을 만들어 내기 위해 한방사료를 발명하여 사슴에게 먹입니다. 12가지의 한약재로는 백작약, 황기, 육계, 당귀, 숙지황, 천궁, 감초, 산사, 삼지구엽초, 맥아, 생강, 대추 입니다.
정해진 양을 준수하여 12가지의 생약재 백작약(9g), 황기(4g), 육계(2.5g), 당귀(4g), 숙지황(4g), 천궁(3.5g), 감초(2.5g), 산사(2.5g), 삼지구엽초(4g), 맥아(2.5g), 생강(6g), 대추(12g)를 분말하여 사슴뿔이 절각되는 시기 150일 전부터 사료와 혼합하여 정성드려 먹입니다.
사슴은 특히 민감하여 아무거나 먹일 수 없거니와 한약재의 양이 조금만 틀려도 사슴이 폐사할 수 있습니다. 그로 인하여 한방사료를 많이 시도하였지만 모두 실패하는 어려움이 있었습니다.
포기하지 않고 끈기 있는 시도로 인하여 원인을 분석하여 적량을 정하여 12 가지의 한약재(백작약, 황기, 육계, 당귀, 숙지황, 천궁, 감초, 산사, 삼지구엽초, 맥아, 생강, 대추)를 갈아 분말로 만들었습니다. 분말의 한약재를 사료에 믹싱하여 급여하면 소화율이 좋고 흡수율이 높습니다.
건국대학교에 의뢰하여 녹용 시료를 분석한 결과 한방사료를 먹고 자란 녹용은 최고 콜라겐 34.21%와 CP(조단백질) 70.11%, Ca(칼슘) 11.27% 등 높은 수치의 실험결과가 나왔습니다.

12가지의 생약재를 가루로 분말화하여 만든 한방사료
분말화한 생약재를 1일 두당 급여량 백작약(9g), 숙지황(4g), 황기(4g), 당귀(4g), 천궁(3.5g), 육계(2.5g), 감초(2.5g), 산사(2.5g), 맥아(2.5g), 삼지구엽초(4g) 생강(6g), 대추(12g) 정량을 사료와 혼합
매년 1월 16일∼6월 15일까지 사슴뿔이 절각되는 시기 150일 전부터 사슴에게 급여
한방사료를 급여한 녹용시료를 분석한 결과 Collagen(콜라겐) 34.21%, CP(조단백질) 70.11%, Ca(칼슘) 11.27% 로 월등하게 우수한 한방생녹용으로 생성
