Claims (7)
- 메타물질(metamaterial)의 특성을 갖는 높은 큐의 영차 근접 자기장 공진기(high Q near magnetic field resonator)를 포함하는 무선 전력 전송 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영차 근접 자기장 공진기는DNG 메타물질의 특성 또는 ENG 메타물질의 특성을 갖는 무선 전력 전송 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 DNG 특성의 메타물질의 특성은 전송라인에 직렬 커패시터(series capacitor)와 분로 인덕터(shunt inductor)를 포함하는 공진회로로 구현되는 무선 전력 전송 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ENG 특성의 메타물질의 특성은 전송라인에 분로 인덕터(shunt inductor)를 포함하는 공진회로로 구현되는 무선 전력 전송 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 ENG 특성의 공진회로는 기판에 적어도 하나의 비아를 형성하여, 상기 공진회로의 Q 값을 높이는 무선 전력 전송 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 ENG 특성의 공진회로는 기판에 슬롯을 형성하여 전류의 흐름 경로를 길게 하여 인덕터를 형성하는 무선 전력 전송 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 기판은 페라이트(ferrite)로 만들어져 전기장을 기판내에 가두고 자기장의 세기를 증가시키는 무선 전력 전송 장치.
