Claims (5)
- 엔진(10)과, 상기 엔진에 의해 구동되는 주행 장치(15)와, 상기 주행 장치에 설치되어, 복수의 속도단을 갖는 동력 전달 장치(13)와, 상기 동력 전달 장치의 속도단을 선택하는 속도단 선택 수단(52)을 구비한 작업 기계의 주행 시스템에 있어서,차속 검출 수단(55, 56b, 56c)과,상기 속도단 선택 수단(52)이 가장 높은 속도단이거나 그 다음으로 높은 속도단 중 어느 하나의 소정의 속도단을 선택하고 있을 때에 상기 차속 검출 수단(55, 56b, 56c)에 의해 검출된 실차속이 미리 설정한 제한 차속(Scmax)에 근접하면, 상기 엔진의 최고 회전수를 정격 최고 회전수보다도 낮은 미리 설정한 제1 제한 회전수(Ncmax1)로 제한하는 엔진 제어 수단(562, 57)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업 기계의 주행 시스템.
- 엔진(10)과, 상기 엔진에 의해 구동되는 주행 장치(15)와, 상기 주행 장치에 설치되어, 복수의 속도단을 갖는 동력 전달 장치(13)와, 상기 동력 전달 장치의 속도단을 선택하는 속도단 선택 수단(52)을 구비하고, 상기 동력 전달 장치가, 상기 엔진에 의해 구동되는 유압 펌프(20) 및 이 유압 펌프에 폐쇄 회로 접속되고 가변 용량형인 적어도 1개의 유압 모터(24)를 갖는 HST(13)를 갖는 작업 기계의 주행 시스템에 있어서,차속 검출 수단(55, 56b, 56c)과,상기 차속 검출 수단(55, 56b, 56c)에 의해 검출된 실차속에 따라서 상기 유압 모터(24)의 용량을 제어하고, 또한 상기 속도단 선택 수단(52)이 가장 높은 속도단이거나 그 다음으로 높은 속도단 중 어느 하나의 소정의 속도단을 선택하고 있을 때에 상기 실차속이 미리 설정한 제한 차속(Scmax)에 도달하면, 상기 유압 모터(24)의 최소 용량을 미리 설정한 제한 용량(q2cmin)으로 제한하는 모터 제어 수단(561a)과,상기 속도단 선택 수단(52)이 상기 소정의 속도단을 선택하고 있을 때에 상기 실차속이 상기 제한 차속(Scmax)에 근접하면, 상기 엔진의 최고 회전수를 정격 최고 회전수보다도 낮은 미리 설정한 제1 제한 회전수(Ncmax1)로 제한하는 엔진 제어 수단(562, 57)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업 기계의 주행 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 기본 목표 회전수를 지시하는 액셀러레이터 페달(50)과,상기 엔진의 연료 분사량을 제어하는 전자 제어 거버너(10a)를 더 구비하고,상기 엔진 제어 수단(562, 57)은 상기 액셀러레이터 페달(50)이 상기 제1 제한 회전수보다도 높은 목표 회전수를 지시하고 있을 때, 상기 실차속이 상기 제한 차속에 근접함에 따라서 상기 목표 회전수로부터 상기 제1 제한 회전수로 감소하는 제어 목표 회전수를 연산하여, 이 제어 목표 회전수를 상기 전자 제어 거버너(10a)에 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업 기계의 주행 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 제어 수단(562, 57)은 상기 실차속과 상기 제한 차속의 편차를 구하여, 이 차속 편차가 소정의 값보다 작아지면, 상기 차속 편차가 작아지는 것에 따라서 상기 정격 최대 회전수로부터 상기 제1 제한 회전수로 감소하는 제어 제한 회전수를 연산하는 제1 수단(562)과, 상기 액셀러레이터 페달(50)이 지시하는 목표 회전수가 상기 제어 제한 회전수보다 높을 때에, 상기 제어 제한 회전수를 상기 제어 목표 회전수로서 출력하는 제2 수단(57)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업 기계의 주행 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 HST(13)는 상기 유압 펌프에 폐쇄 회로 접속되고 또한 서로 병렬로 접속된 가변 용량형의 제1 및 제2의 2개의 유압 모터(23, 24)를 갖고,상기 모터 제어 수단(561a)은 상기 속도단 선택 수단(52)이 상기 소정의 속도단을 선택하고 있을 때, 상기 차속 검출 수단(55, 56b, 56c)에 의해 검출된 실차속이 증가하는 것에 따라서, 상기 제1 유압 모터(23)의 용량이 서서히 감소하고 또한 상기 제2 유압 모터(24)를 최대 용량으로 고정하고, 상기 제1 유압 모터(23)의 용량이 최소 용량에 도달하면, 상기 제2 유압 모터(24)의 용량이 서서히 감소하고 또한 상기 제1 유압 모터(23)를 최소 용량으로 고정하도록 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 모터(23, 24)의 용량을 제어하는 동시에, 상기 실차속이 상기 제한 차속에 도달하면 상기 제2 유압 모터의 용량을 상기 제한 용량(q2cmin)을 초과하지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업 기계의 주행 시스템.
