Description
Claims (20)
- 외측을 구비한 강성 절연 재료;상기 외측으로부터 돌출하는 적어도 하나의 세그먼트를 형성하도록 강성 절연 재료를 관통하는 적어도 하나의 전기 컨덕터; 및적어도 하나의 전기 컨덕터의 적어도 하나의 세그먼트에 피복된 실리콘 수지절연재를 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 절연재는 상기 적어도 하나의 전기 컨덕터에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 동축으로 연장하는 외부 표면을 구비하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 절연재는 적어도 하나의 세그먼트 위에 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브를 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브는 상기 적어도 하나의 전기 컨덕터 위에 연신시키면서 씌워지는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브는 이완 상태에서의 실리 콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브의 직경과 비교하여 적어도 1 퍼센트만큼 연신된 직경을 갖는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브는 최대 40°의 쇼어 A 경도를 갖는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브는 최대 35°의 쇼어 A 경도를 갖는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브는 이완 상태에서의 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브의 직경과 비교하여 적어도 2 퍼센트만큼 연신된 직경을 갖는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브는 최대 40°의 쇼어 A 경도를 갖는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브는 최대 35°의 쇼어 A 경도를 갖는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 강성 절연재료의 외측에 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머의 주조물 또는 포팅된 캡슐화물(potted encapsulation)을 더 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 강성 절연재료의 외측의 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 캡슐화물은 적어도 부분적으로 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브를 덮는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 컨덕터가 유리 절연재 내에 융착되는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공용의 절연 재료 내에서 서로 분리된 복수 개의 컨덕터를 더 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치.
- 전기 관통 접속 장치의 제조 방법으로서,적어도 하나의 컨덕터 단부가 절연 재료의 마주하는 측에서부터 돌출하는 방식으로 절연 재료에 적어도 하나의 컨덕터를 고정하는 단계; 및실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 절연재로 절연 재료의 외측에서부터 돌출하는 컨덕터의 적어도 하나의 세그먼트를 피복하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 피복하는 단계는, 컨덕터의 적어도 하나의 세그컨트 위로 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 절연재를 연신시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 절연재는 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브를 포함하고, 상기 연신시키는 단계는 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브를 연신시키면서 컨덕터 위에 씌우는 것을 더 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 연신시키는 단계는 이완 상태에서의 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브의 직경과 비교하여 적어도 1 퍼센트만큼 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브의 직경을 연신시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 절연 재료의 외측에 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 화합물을 코팅하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 피복하는 단계는 컨덕터의 적어도 하나의 세그먼트 위로 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브를 씌우는 것을 포함하고 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 화합물을 코팅하는 단계는 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 화합물로 실리콘 수지 엘라스토머 튜브를 적어도 부분적으로 코팅하는 것을 더 포함하는 것인 전기 관통 접속 장치의 제조 방법.
