Claims (15)
- 교류 전원을 공급받아 1차 전파정류하는 정류부;상기 정류부에 의해 1차 전파정류된 전압을 인가받아, 2차 전파정류되고 승압된 전압을 생성하고, 펄스 인에이블 신호를 생성하는 전압변환부;상기 2차 전파정류되고 승압된 전압을 인가받아, 상기 펄스 인에이블 신호에 응답하여 교류 LED를 조광하기 위한 펄스폭변조 신호를 생성하는 제어부; 및상기 펄스폭변조 신호의 제어하에 상기 교류 LED를 구동하는 스위치부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 교류 전원과 상기 스위치부 사이에 연결되어 상기 교류 전원에 포함되는 전자기간섭을 제거하기 위한 전자기간섭 필터부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 전자기간섭 필터부는 필터 커패시터 및 공통모드 인덕터를 포함하는 라인필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 공통모드 인덕터는 2 단 이상으로 직렬 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 정류부는상기 교류 전원의 전압을 분압하기 위한 분압 회로;상기 분압 회로에 의해 분압된 전압을 전파정류하기 위한 제1 전파정류 회로; 및상기 제1 전파정류 회로에 의해 전파정류된 전압을 안정화시키기 위한 제1 전압 안정화 회로;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 분압 회로는상기 교류 전원에 연결된 분압용 커패시터; 및상기 분압용 커패시터에 직렬 연결된 저항 소자를 포함하며,상기 제1 전파정류 회로는 상기 저항 소자와 상기 교류 전원 사이에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 분압 회로는상기 제1 전파정류 회로의 입력단에 병렬 연결되어 소정의 제너 전압을 제공하는 한 쌍의 제너 다이오드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전압변환부는상기 정류부의 출력 전압을 인가받아 펄스 신호를 생성하는 펄스발생회로;상기 펄스 신호를 인가받아 구형파 신호를 생성하기 위한 제1 증폭회로;1차측에서 상기 구형파 신호를 인가받아 2차측으로 승압된 전압을 유도하기 위한 변압기;상기 변압기의 2차측에 유도되는 전압을 전파정류하며, 상기 제어부로 인가될 펄스 인에이블 신호를 출력하는 제2 전파정류 회로; 및상기 제2 전파정류 회로에 의해 전파정류된 전압을 안정화시키기 위한 제2 전압 안정화 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 변압기의 1차측 접지단과 상기 전압변환부의 출력단의 접지단 사이에는 노이즈 필터가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 제1 증폭회로의 출력단과 상기 변압기의 1차측 사이에는 직류 차단 커패시터가 직렬로 더 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 펄스폭 변조 제어부는구형파 펄스의 듀티비를 제어하기 위한 듀티비 제어 회로;상기 펄스 인에이블 신호를 인가받아 상기 구형파 펄스를 제1 레벨로 천이시키고, 상기 듀티비 제어 회로의 제어에 의해 상기 구형파 펄스를 제2 레벨로 천이시키는 구형파 펄스 발생부; 및상기 구형파 펄스 발생부의 출력을 인가받아 상기 펄스폭변조 신호를 출력하는 제2 증폭 회로;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 스위치부는상기 펄스폭변조 신호가 제1 레벨인 경우, 상기 교류 전원의 양의 반주기 동안은 제1 동작 모드를 가지며, 상기 교류 전원의 음의 반주기 동안은 제2 동작 모드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광장치.
- 교류 전원을 공급받아 펄스폭변조 신호를 생성하는 단계;상기 펄스폭변조 신호의 제어하에 교류 LED를 구동하는 단계; 및상기 펄스폭변조 신호의 듀티비를 조절하여 상기 교류 LED를 조광하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광방법.
- 교류 전원을 공급받아 1차 전파정류하는 단계;상기 1차 전파정류된 전압을 인가받아, 2차 전파정류된 승압 전압을 생성하고, 펄스 인에이블 신호를 생성하는 단계;상기 2차 전파정류된 승압 전압을 인가받아, 상기 펄스 인에이블 신호에 응답하여 펄스폭변조 신호를 생성하는 단계;상기 펄스폭변조 신호의 제어하에 상기 교류 전원에 상응하게 양방향 스위칭하여 교류 LED를 구동하는 단계; 및상기 펄스폭변조 신호의 듀티비를 조절하여 상기 교류 LED를 조광하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광방법.
- 청구항 13 또는 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 교류 전원에 포함되는 전자기간섭을 제거하기 위한 전자기간섭 필터링 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 LED 조광방법.
