Claims (8)
- 전기적으로 연결되는 플러그 인(plug-in) 접촉요소들을 포함한 커넥터 하우징 및 소켓 접촉부들을 포함한 소켓 하우징으로 구성되고, 상기 플러그-인 접촉요소들이 작동레버에 의해 상기 소켓 접촉부들과 연결되거나 분리되는 차량용 회로차단기에 있어서,상기 소켓 접촉부 하우징에 대해 금속재질이거나 금속으로 입힌 외측하우징이 연결되고, 상기 외측하우징의 적어도 한 개의 내부표면은 일체로 몰딩된 제어변부를 가지며, 상기 커넥터 하우징이 부착될 때 상기 커넥터 하우징상에 위치한 작동레버의 기계적 차단을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동레버(4)가 기어휠(5)을 포함하거나 작동시키고 상기 기어휠이 상기 플러그 소켓 하우징위에서 래크(13)와 함께 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로차단기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 외측하우징(2)과 연결되지 않은 커넥터 하우징(1)이 적어도 상기 작동레버의 한 위치에 배열될 때, 기어휠(5)의 기어틈새(6,7)내에 연결되는 차단레버(10)가 작동레버(4)의 작동을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로차단기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 외측하우징(2)의 제어변부(12)가 상기 차단레버(10)위의 측부에서 작동하고, 기어휠(5)을 차단하는 차단레버(10)의 일부분을 기어휠(5)의 회전평면으로부터 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로차단기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제어변부(12)가 상기 플러그소켓 하우징(3)상의 커넥터 하우징(1)의 단부위치에서 상기 차단레버(10)를 구속해제하고 상기 기어휠(5)의 기어틈새(7)내에 차단레버(10)의 단부부분에 구속되어 연결되도록 상기 제어변부(12)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로차단기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 차단레버(10)의 단부부분과 기어휠(5)의 기어플랭크들이 각각 형성된 경사면(9,11)들을 포함하고, 경사면에 의해 상기 차단레버(10)가 차단위치로부터 벗어나 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로차단기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 차단위치로부터 차단레버(10)를 이동시키기 위하여, 차단레버(10)상의 측부에 작용하는 구속핀(23)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 하우징(1)과 플러그 소켓 하우징(3)이 완전히 합체되어 추가로 전기적 접촉요소들이 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 용 회로차단기.
