Description
Claims (20)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 공융 알루미나 지르코니아 입자와 열가소성 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 강모를 포함하는 브러시를 이용하여 적어도 하나의 버(burr)를 갖는 기재(substrate)에서 버를 제거(deburring)하는 방법:기재를 브러시의 적어도 하나의 강모와 접촉 영역에서 접촉시키는 단계; 및기재와 적어도 하나의 강모 사이에서 상대 운동을 유도하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제를 접촉 영역 부근에 적용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재는 탄소강을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브러시는 복수의 연마 필라멘트를 고정하여 브러시를 형성하는 기능을 하는 고정 요소를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 방법은 기재와 적어도 하나의 강모 사이의 상대 운동을 유도할 수 있는 장치에 고정 요소를 장착하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체 매트릭스는 폴리아미드와 열가소성 탄성중합체로부터 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공융 알루미나 지르코니아 입자는 약 35 내지 45 중량%의 지르코니아를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마 필라멘트는 약 55 중량% 내지 약 75 중량%의 열가소성 중합체 및 약 25 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%의 공융 알루미나 지르코니아 입자를 포함하는 방법.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 공융 알루미나 지르코니아 입자와 열가소성 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 강모를 포함하는 브러시를 이용하여 기재의 표면에서 불순물을 제거(refining)하는 방법:기재를 브러시의 적어도 하나의 강모와 접촉 영역에서 접촉시키는 단계; 및기재와 적어도 하나의 강모 사이에서 상대 운동을 유도하는 단계- 여기서, 효율은 적어도 1.0임 - .
- 제8항에 있어서, 윤활제를 접촉 영역 부근에 적용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 기재는 탄소강을 포함하는 방법.

- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체 매트릭스는 폴리아미드와 열가소성 탄성중합체로부터 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 연마 브러시.
- 제15항에 있어서, 공융 알루미나 지르코니아 입자는 약 35 내지 45 중량%의 지르코니아를 포함하는 연마 브러시.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 연마 필라멘트는 약 55 중량% 내지 약 75 중량%의 열가소성 중합체 및 약 25 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%의 공융 알루미나 지르코니아 입자를 포함하는 연마 브러시.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 연마 입자는 상기 필라멘트의 전체에 걸쳐 실질적으로 균일하게 산재된 연마 브러시.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 고정 요소는 원통형 허브(hub)를 포함하며, 상기 필라멘트는 상기 허브에 접합되는 연마 브러시.
