Claims (11)
- 아테롬성 동맥경화증 및 다른 심혈관 질환 예방 및/또는 치료을 위한 젖산균 균주를 선별하는 방법에 있어서,a) 젖산균 균주의 세포를 선별하고, 배양하고;b) 균주의 무-세포 배양 상층액을 수득하고;c) 균주의 TNF-α 수준을 낮추는 능력을 평가하고;d) 균주의 세포외 BSH 활성을 측정하고;e) i) BSH-활성을 증가시켜 결과적으로 혈청 LDL-콜레스테롤을 낮추는 능력과 ; 그리고ii) 동시에 전-염증 사이토킨 TNF-α 수준을 감소시키는 능력을 모두 가진 젖산균 균주를 선별하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 방법에 의해 선택된 락토바실러스 균주(Lactobacillus ) 로부터 분리된 무세포 배양물 상층액.
- 제 1 항에 따른 방법에 의해 선택된 락토바실러스 균주에서 유도된 아테롬성 동맥경화증-연관된 염증 감소 성분.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 성분은 제2항에 따른 무세포 배양물 상층액에서 수 득된 것이며, BSH-활성을 증가시켜 결과적으로 혈청 LDL-콜레스테롤을 낮추고, 동시에 전-염증 사이토킨 TNF-α 수준을 감소시키는 능력을 보유한 것을 특징으로 하는 성분.
- 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분은 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 선택된 젖산균 균주 세포를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성분.
- 제3항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아테롬성 동맥경화증 연루된 염증을 감소시키는 성분과 소화가능한 서포트를 포함하는 식품 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아테롬성 동맥경화증 연루된 염증을 감소시키는 성분과 약리학적 캐리어를 포함하는 약학 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아테롬성 동맥경화증 연루된 염증을 감소시키는 성분과 소화가능한 서포트를 포함하는 영양 보충제.
- 제3항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 항-염증 성분을 포함하는 아테롬성 동맥경화증 및 기타 심혈관 질환의 예방 및/또는 치료용 물질.
- 아테롬성 동맥경화증의 예방 및/또는 치료 방법에 이용하기 위한 약물 제조 에 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득된 젖산균 균주의 세포를 포함하는 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 선택된 락토바실러스 균주의 세포를 포함하는 제품.
