Claims (5)
- 상부 코어를 승강시키는 상부 몸체와, 하부 코어를 승강시키는 하부 몸체로 구성되는 분말기어성형기에 있어서,하부 몸체의 하부 코어는 하부코어를 승강시키는 승강장치 및 회전시키는 회전구동장치가 구비되고, 캐비티에 충전(充塡)된 분말을 상부 코어가 압축하여 성형 된 고각도의 헬리컬기어 성형품의 탈거시에 하부 코어의 회전 및 승강이 동시에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말기어성형기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,하부코어를 승강시키는 승강장치는 실린더로 구동되는 피스톤에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 분말기어성형기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,하부코어를 회전시키는 회전구동장치는 피스톤의 하부에 결합된 피니언기어, 피니언기어와 맞물리는 랙기어, 및 랙기어를 구동하는 실린더로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분말기어성형기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,실린더는 유압 실린더 또는 모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말기어성형기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,헬리컬기어는 나선각이 30도 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말기어성형기.
