Claims (3)
- 하이브리드 차량용 구동모터에서 변속기 하우징(11)의 내부에 고정 설치되는 고정자 코어(22)의 조립구조에 있어서,상기 고정자 코어(22)가 서포트 링(26)의 내측으로 압입되어 상기 서포트 링(26)이 상기 고정자 코어(22)를 둘러싸도록 조립되고, 상기 서포트 링(26)의 외주면과 그 외곽의 변속기 하우징(11)의 내주면이 냉매가 통과하는 냉각통로(29)를 형성한 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 구동모터의 고정자 조립구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 냉각통로(29)의 양 측방으로 상기 서포트 링(26)의 외주면과 변속기 하우징(11)의 내주면 사이에 냉각통로(29)를 밀봉하는 O-링(28a,28b)이 삽입 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 구동모터의 고정자 조립구조.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 서포트 링(26)의 외주면에 둘레를 따라 홈부(27)가 형성되고, 상기 변속기 하우징(11)의 내주면이 상기 서포트 링(26)의 홈부(27)를 덮어 밀폐하는 구조 가 되면서 상기 냉각통로(29가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 구동모터의 고정자 조립구조.
