Claims (12)
- 회동 가능한 샤프트에 상하좌우 4 방향으로 연결된 헤드들을 회동시키는 인덱스 장치; 및상기 인덱스 장치의 제1 헤드에 흡착된 보드 어셈블리를 백라이트 유닛 상에 안착하는 안착 장치를 구비하고,상기 안착 장치가 동작하는 동안 상기 인덱스 장치의 제2 헤드에 부착된 보드 어셈블리로부터 필름이 박리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리 및 안착 통합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인덱스 장치의 제3 헤드에 부착된 보드 어셈블리의 바코드를 판독하기 위한 바코드 판독기를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리 및 안착 통합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보드 어셈블리와 상기 백라이트 유닛의 정렬 상태를 촬영하기 위한 비젼 시스템을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리 및 안착 통합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수평으로 공급받은 상기 보드 어셈블리를 수직으로 세워 상기 인덱스 장치의 제4 헤드에 전달하기 위한 틸팅 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리 및 안착 통합 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 보드 어셈블리를 수평 상태로 상기 틸팅 장치의 흡착 헤드에 전달하기 위한 보드 어셈블리 반송 장치; 및상기 백라이트 유닛을 상기 안착 장치에 전달하기 위한 백라이트 유닛의 반송 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리 및 안착 통합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 헤드에 부착된 보드 어셈블리에 부착된 필름을 자동 박리하기 위한 자동 박리 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리 및 안착 통합 장치.
- 회동 가능한 샤프트에 상하좌우 4 방향으로 연결된 헤드들을 회동시키는 인덱스 장치의 제1 헤드에 부착된 보드 어셈블리를 안착 장치를 이용하여 백라이트 유닛 상에 안착하는 공정; 및상기 인덱스 장치의 제2 헤드에 부착된 보드 어셈블리로부터 필름을 박리하는 공정을 포함하고;상기 필름을 박리하는 공정과 상기 보드 어셈블리를 백라이트 유닛 상에 안착하는 공정은 동시에 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 인덱스 장치의 제3 헤드에 부착된 보드 어셈블리의 바코드를 판독하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,비젼 시스템을 이용하여 상기 보드 어셈블리와 상기 백라이트 유닛의 정렬 상태를 촬영하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,틸팅 장치를 이용하여 수평으로 공급받은 상기 보드 어셈블리를 수직으로 세워 상기 인덱스 장치의 제4 헤드에 전달하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리 및 안착 통합 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 보드 어셈블리를 수평 상태로 상기 틸팅 장치의 흡착 헤드에 전달하는 공정; 및상기 백라이트 유닛을 상기 안착 장치에 전달하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 필름을 박리하는 공정은,자동 박리 장치를 이용하여 상기 제2 헤드에 부착된 보드 어셈블리에 부착된 필름을 자동 박리하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
