Claims (3)
- 가변 흡기 매니폴드상에 설치되는 밸브(31)를 지지하는 밸브 샤프트(33) 지지구조로서,상기 밸브(31)와 상기 밸브 샤프트(33)가 일체로 형성되며,상기 밸브 샤프트(33)의 중앙부에 편심된 원형 돌기부(35)가 형성되고,상기 편심된 원형 돌기부(35)는 분리된 구조의 매니폴드 바디(51,53)에 의해 지지되어,상기 밸브(31)의 개폐에 따라 상기 밸브 샤프트(33)와 상기 매니폴드 바디(51,53)간 접촉/비접촉 상태가 반복되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 샤프트 지지구조.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 분리된 흡기 매니폴드 바디(51,53)의 접합면에서의 이루는 공간(S1,S2)의 크기가 다르게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 샤프트 지지구조.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 원형 돌기부(35)는 상기 밸브 샤프트(33)의 둘레를 따라 절반에 걸쳐 두께가 점진적으로 커지는 편심 형상으로 형성되고, 내경의 크기는 변함이 없고 외경의 크기가 변하는 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 샤프트 지지구조.
