Abstract
본고안은 축사나 온실등 물을 이용하는곳에 전기를 이용한 난방설치시 수분으로 인한 전기누전위험을 차단하고 방수와 단열을 동시에 시공할수 있으며 상부면에 모르타르 시공이 가능하도록 설계된 전기열선을 이용한 바닥난방구조와 설치방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 비가황부틸고무를 이용한 바닥과의 접착층, 유리섬유나 발포폼을 이용한 열차단층, 고무시트또는 내열필름을 이용한 절연층, 피복된 전기열선층, 내열필름층과 내열필름층하면에 코팅된 비가황부틸고무층,박리지층으로 구성된 전기열선을 이용한 난방시스템에 관한것이다In this proposal, floor heating structure using electric heating wire designed to prevent electricity leakage due to moisture and install waterproofing and insulation at the same time, and to apply mortar on the upper surface when heating installation using electricity in the place where water is used such as barn or greenhouse. 본고안은 현재 화석연료 사용으로 인하여 탄소가스가 배출되어 환경을 오염시키고 난방비 지출이 많은 축사 또는 온실,주택등의 난방을 전기 난방으로 대체하고자 하며 종래전기열선을 이용한 난방의 경우 전기 절연과 방수에 문제가 있어 물을 사용하는 축사나 화장실바닥 온실등에는 사용이 어려운 점이 있다.This proposal intends to replace the heating of livestock houses, greenhouses, houses, etc., where carbon gas is emitted due to the use of fossil fuels, polluting the environment, and high heating costs.In the case of heating using conventional electric heating wires, There is a problem and it is difficult to use in a barn or toilet floor using water.
