Claims (2)
- 노(111) 내부에 미분탄과 공기가 함께 공급 및 연소되어, 삽입 설치된 배관튜브(115) 내의 물을 증기화 시키도록 구비되는 화력발전용 보일러(110);상기 보일러(110)의 하단에 연결되고 하측에 상기 보일러(110)에서 낙하되는 크링커(C)를 물과 함께 이송시키기 위한 출구(140a)가 형성되는 수조(140);상기 수조(140)의 출구(140a)와 연통 설치되는 유로부(151)와, 상기 유로부(151) 일측에 상기 출구(140a)를 개폐하도록 설치되어 상기 크링커(C)를 선택적으로 유, 출입시키는 실린더 장치(153)와, 상기 유로부(151) 타측에 설치되어 유입되는 상기 크링커(C)를 분쇄하는 그라인더(155)가 구비되는 그라인딩 배출장치(150); 및상기 보일러(110) 노(111) 내부의 상, 하부 압력변화를 검출하기 위한 압력센서(161)와, 상기 수조(140)의 수온을 검출하기 위한 수온센서(163)와, 상기 수조(140)의 수위를 검출하기 위한 수위센서(165)와, 상기 그라인더(155)의 부하에 따른 운전전류를 검출하기 위한 전류센서(167)가 구비되는 데이터 수집장치(160);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크링커 낙하 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 데이터 수집장치(160)의 각 센서들(161)(163)(165)(167)로부터 검출된 데이터를 출력하여 크링커(C)의 낙하 발생 유무를 실시간 확인 가능하도록 구비되 는 디스플레이 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크링커 낙하 검출 장치.
