Claims (4)
- 유량을 측정하는 측정관과, 상기 측정관의 측벽에 고정되는 초음파 센서와, 관 연결을 위해서 상기 측정관의 양측에 구비되는 초음파 전달시간차 방식 유량계에 있어서,상기 측정관의 일측벽에 제 1 센서가 구비되고, 상기 제 1 센서에서 발사되는 초음파 빔의 진행 방향에 위치한 상기 측정관의 측벽에 반사체가 구비되고, 상기 반사체에 의해서 반사되는 상기 초음파 빔의 진행 방향에 위치한 상기 측정관의 측벽에 제 2 센서가 구비되어 상기 제 1 센서, 상기 반사체 및 상기 제 2 센서 순으로 형성되는 반사 경로를 이용하거나, 상기 제 2 센서, 상기 반사체 및 상기 제 1 센서 순으로 형성되는 반사 경로를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 유량계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 센서, 상기 반사체 및 상기 제 2 센서가 각각 2 ~ 4개씩 구비되어 형성되는 이중경로 내지 사중경로를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 유량계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 초음파 빔은 상기 측정관의 측벽과 10 ~ 80°를 이루도록 하는 것을 특 징으로 하는 초음파 유량계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 센서 및 상기 제 2 센서는 각각 센서의 몸체가 되는 지지대 및 상기 측정관의 내측에 구비되는 진동자를 포함하며, 상기 지지대는 상기 측정관에 수직하게 구비되고, 상기 진동자의 각도를 조절하여 상기 초음파 빔이 발사되는 각도를 조절할 수 있게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 유량계.
