Claims (9)
- a. 지지체 물질에 지지된 니켈 (상기 니켈은 산화니켈 및 금속니켈로서 존재함)을 포함하는 물질 위로 올레핀-함유 탄화수소 공급원료를 통과시키는 단계;b. 일산화탄소의 함량이 실질적으로 감소된 탄화수소 스트림을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀-함유 탄화수소 공급원료로부터 일산화탄소의 제거방법:
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산화니켈 및 금속니켈의 총 중량이 수착제 물질의 10 내지 80 중량% 를 나타내고, 이러한 수착제 물질은 지지체 물질 20 내지 90 중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속니켈 대 산화니켈의 중량비는 0.4 내지 2.0 이고, 단 금속니켈은 수착제 물질의 6 중량% 미만, 50 중량% 초과를 나타내지 않고, 수착제 물질은 금속니켈과 산화니켈 40 내지 70 중량% 및 지지체 물질 30 내지 60 중량% 를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수착제 물질의 비표면적이 100 내지 200 ㎡/g 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원료가 프로필렌 75 중 량% 초과, 바람직하게는 85 내지 99.99 중량% 를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -10 ℃ 내지 80 ℃ 의 온도에서, 0.1 내지 60 l/l.h 의 액체 시공간속도(liquid hourly space velocity, LHSV) 로 수행하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 온도가 0 ℃ 내지 20 ℃ 이고, LHSV 가 약 30 l/l.h 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급원료가 일산화탄소 100 ppmw 이하를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b) 이전의 임의의 단계에서, 올레핀-함유 탄화수소 공급원료를 하기 중 하나 이상 위로 통과시키는 방법:- 분자체, 바람직하게는, 13X 분자체- 금속 산화물- 알루미나.
