Claims (14)
- 외부에서 공급된 개질 원료와 연소 원료가 반응하여 개질 가스가 생성되는 연소/개질 반응 유니트; 및연소/개질 반응 유니트와 연결되며, 연소/개질 반응 유니트에서 배출된 개질 가스와 외부에서 공급된 물이 반응하여 개질 가스에 함유된 일산화탄소가 저감되는 수성 가스 전환 반응 유니트를 포함하되,상기 각 반응 유니트는 유체 유입 포트 또는 유체 배출 포트가 형성된 제 1 플레이트 및 제 2 플레이트; 및 제 1 플레이트 및 제 2 플레이트 사이에 배치되어 제 1 플레이트와의 사이 및 제 2 플레이트와의 사이에 유로를 각각 형성하는 채널 플레이트를 포함하고,각 채널 플레이트는 그 표면에 형성된 촉매층을 포함하는 세라믹 보드로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수성 가스 전환 반응 유니트 및 외부 장치와 연결되며, 수성 가스 전환 반응 유니트에서 배출된 개질 가스와 외부에서 공급된 공기가 반응하여 개질 가스에 함유된 잔류 일산화탄소가 저감되는 선택적 산화 반응 유니트를 추가로 포함하되,상기 선택적 산화 반응 유니트는 유체 유입 포트 또는 유체 배출 포트가 형성된 제 1 플레이트 및 제 2 플레이트; 및 제 1 플레이트 및 제 2 플레이트 사이에 배치되어 제 1 플레이트와의 사이 및 제 2 플레이트와의 사이에 유로를 각각 형성하는 채널 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 채널 플레이트는 그 표면에 형성된 촉매층을 포함하는 세라믹 보드로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 세라믹 보드는 세라믹 페이퍼; 상기 세라믹 페이퍼 상에 형성된 알루미나 옥사이드의 제1코팅층; 및 상기 제1코팅층 상에 형성된 알루미늄 포스페이트의 제2코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 세라믹 페이퍼는 알루미나 및 실리카로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 포함하는 세라믹 파이버; 유기 파이버; 및 유기 바인더를 포함하는 슬러리 조성물로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제1코팅층은 40 내지 60 나노 크기의 알루미나 옥사이드 분말을 포함하는 0.1 내지 10 중량% 농도의 졸 용액에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제2코팅층은 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 및 인산을 포함하며, P/Al의 원자비가 3 내지 50인 코팅 용액에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하 는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 세라믹 보드는 폭 방향으로 다수의 골 및 산이 교대로 형성되어 있어 제 1 플레이트와 하부면 사이 및 제 2 플레이트와 상부면 사이에 다수의 길이 방향 채널이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 플레이트 및 제 2 플레이트는 채널 플레이트와 대응하는 표면에 형성된 채널 플레이트 수용을 위한 요부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 플레이트와 제 2 플레이트 사이에 위치하여 채널을 따라 유동하는 유체의 외부 누출을 방지하는 가스켓을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연소/개질 반응 유니트로 도입되는 연소 원료와 연소/개질 반응 유니트로부터 배출되는 개질 가스를 열교환시키고, 열교환된 개질 가스를 수성 가스 전환 반응 유니트로 공급하는 제 1 열교환기를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제 1 열교환기에서 열교환되는 연소원료는 선택적 산화 반응 유니트에서 개질 가스와 열교환된 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수성 가스 전환 반응 유니트로 도입되는 고온의 물과 수성 가스 전환 반응 유니트로부터 배출되는 개질 가스를 열교환시키고, 열교환된 개질 가스를 선택적 산화 반응 유니트로 공급하는 제 2 열교환기를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연소/개질 반응 유니트로 도입되는 개질 원료와 연소/개질 반응 유니트로부터 배출되는 연소 가스를 열교환시키는 제 3 열교환기를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 개질 원료는 외부로부터 공급되는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 반응 시스템.
