Claims (21)
- 테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로올레핀 공중합체 및 비용융 가공성 결합제를 포함하는 프라이머 분말을 기재 상에 적용하여 프라이머 층을 형성하는 단계,테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로(알킬 비닐 에테르) 공중합체를 포함하는 오버코트 분말을 프라이머 층 상에 적용하여 오버코트 층을 형성하는 단계, 및프라이머 분말 및 오버코트 분말 둘 모두를 적용한 후 기재를 베이킹하는 단계를 포함하는, 기재 상에 이형 표면을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비용융 가공성 결합제는 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리이미드, 액정 중합체, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로(알킬 비닐 에테르)는 퍼플루오로(프로필 비닐 에테르)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머 분말은 용융 가공성 결합제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용융 가공성 결합제는 폴리에테르 설폰, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 폴리아릴렌에테르케톤, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 프라이머 분말은 테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로올레핀 공중합체, 비용융 가공성 결합제 및 용융 가공성 결합제를 합한 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 55 중량%의 용융 가공성 결합제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머 분말은 무기 충전제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 무기 충전제는 운모 박편(mica flake), 탄화규소, 카본 블랙, 황산바륨, 울트라마린 블루(ultramarine blue), 혼합된 금속 산화물 안료, 산 화알루미늄, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 무기 충전제는 운모 박편 또는 황산바륨을 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 프라이머 분말은 테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로올레핀 공중합체, 비용융 가공성 결합제 및 무기 충전제를 합한 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 20 중량%의 무기 충전제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머 분말을 적용하는 단계는 정전 분무 또는 핫 플로킹(hot flocking)을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오버코트 분말을 적용하는 단계는 정전 분무 또는 핫 플로킹을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재는 금속, 세라믹, 플라스틱, 유리 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 금속은 강, 고탄소강, 스테인리스강, 알루미늄도금강, 알루미늄, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머 분말 적용시, 오버코트 분말 적용시, 또는 둘 모두에서 기재는 주변 온도에 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머 분말을 적용하는 단계 후에 그리고 오버코트 분말을 적용하는 단계 전에 기재를 베이킹하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머 층의 두께가 100 마이크로미터 미만이고 오버코트 층의 두께가 650 마이크로미터 미만인 방법.
