Claims (8)
- a. 반응 용기를 목표 액체상 조성의 단량체의 예비 충전물로 충전하는 단계;b. 반응 용기에서의 원하는 세트의 반응 조건 및 임시의(interim) 액체상 조성을 확정하는 단계;c. 검출 시스템으로 임시의 액체상 조성을 측정하여 임시의 액체상 조성 값을 제공하는 단계;d. 임시의 액체상 조성 값을 제한 조건을 갖는 예측 모델 제어 시스템(constrained predictive model control system)에 입력값으로서 사용하는 단계; 및e. 제어 시스템으로부터의 출력을 사용하여 목표 액체상 조성을 유지하도록 반응 용기로의 단량체의 공급량을 조정하는 단계를 포함하는, 검출 시스템이 구비된 반응 용기에서 단량체를 반응시키기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 검출 시스템은 라만 분광 공정 분석기, 액체상 조성물로부터 라만 산란광을 수집하는 이미징 또는 침지형 프로브(probe), 및 반응기 내에서 프로브와 액체상 조성물 사이의 광학적 접촉을 가능하게 하는 반응기 상의 연결 포트를 포함하는, 검출 시스템이 구비된 반응 용기에서 단량체를 반응시키기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체는 불소가 플루오로올레핀의 이중 결합의 탄소에 부착된 플루오로올레핀, 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 환형 올레핀, 비닐 에테르 및 스티렌계 물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 검출 시스템이 구비된 반응 용기에서 단량체를 반응시키기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 환형 올레핀은 NB-F-OH인, 검출 시스템이 구비된 반응 용기에서 단량체를 반응시키기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 플루오로올레핀은 TFE인, 검출 시스템이 구비된 반응 용기에서 단량체를 반응시키기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체는 상대 반응성 비가 0.5 내지 2인, 검출 시스템이 구비된 반응 용기에서 단량체를 반응시키기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체는 상대 반응성 비가 2 초과 또는 0.5 미만인, 검출 시스템이 구비된 반응 용기에서 단량체를 반응시키기 위한 중합 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 공정에 의해 제조된 중합체.
