Claims (10)
- 구동 엔진, 클러치 및 수동의 기계적이거나 또는 반자동의 기어박스를 구비하는 차량 추진 유닛의 제어를 보조하는 장치로서, 그 장치는, 컴퓨터를 포함하는 제어 시스템에 의해 제어되고 운전자에게 추천 변속 비율을 지시하는 수단(13)을 포함하고, 컴퓨터의 입력부들에 인가되고 각각의 순간에 차량의 운행 조건들을 나타내는 신호들의 세트를 적절하게 고려하면서, 운전자의 희망에 관한 정보(2)의 함수로서 추천 기어 비율(recommended gear ratio)을 결정하기 위한 기어-변환 법칙들의 적어도 하나의 맵(map)이 컴퓨터 안에 포함되고,컴퓨터는 한편으로 차량의 속도(V)에 주어지는 적절한 고려와 함께 운전자의 희망에 관한 정보(2)의 함수로서 최적의 연료 소모를 위한 추천 기어 비율을 결정하기 위한 요소(7)를 포함하고, 다른 한편으로, 서로 독립적이면서, 결정된 구동 제한(determined driving constraints)들에 각각 할당된 복수개의 분리된 계산 모듈(8-12)들을 포함하며,상기 모듈(8-12)들은 직렬로 배치됨으로써, 필요하다면 각각의 모듈이 고려된 제한에 적합한 수정(correction)을 운전 안전에 유리한 순서로 추천 기어 비율의 값에 적용할 수 있고, 각각의 수정은, 선행의 모듈에 의해 적용된 수정보다 우선되게, 모듈에 의하여 적절하게 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,컴퓨터는, 각각의 순간에 길의 형상 및 추진 유니트의 조건을 나타내는 정보의 함수로서 기어-변환 법칙을 선택하기 위한 유닛(4) 및, 각각의 순간에 속도(V)와 적절한 바에 따라서 브레이크들에 가해진 작용(F)을 적절하게 고려하면서, 운전자의 희망에 관한 정보(2) 및 선택된 법칙의 함수로서 추천 기어 비율을 결정하는 법칙 관리 모듈(7)을 포함하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,컴퓨터는 복수개의 독립적인 수정 모듈(8-12)을 포함하고, 수정 모듈들은 직렬로 배치되고 각각 운행 제한에 할당되며, 각각의 모듈은, 선행 단계에서 추천된 기어 비율의 값에 대응하는 신호를 위한 입력부, 적절하다면 모듈을 활성화시킬 때 고려되어야 하는 파라미터들을 나타내는 하나 이상의 신호들을 위한 입력부, 선행 단계에서 추천된 기어 비율의 값을 모듈의 활성화 없이 다음 단계로 전송시키기 위한 직접 출력부 및, 모듈의 활성화 이후에, 고려된 제한의 함수로서 수정되었던 기어 비율을 다음 단계로 전송시키기 위한 출력부를 포함하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,일련의 수정 모듈들은 최적 연료 소모의 기어 비율을 결정하기 위한 것으로부터 시작하여 연속적으로, 최소한:- 각각의 순간에 충분한 파워의 보유를 유지하기 위한 헌팅 방지 모듈(anti-hunting module, 9);- 차량이 코너링을 시작하는 것이 검출되는(6) 경우에 안전 조건들이 충족되지 않는 한 맞물린 기어 비율을 유지하기 위한 고정 모듈(10); 및- 선행의 기어-변환 요구 이후에 너무 빨리 오는 기어-변환 요구를 일시 보류시키거나, 또는 운전자에 의한 것으로서 추천된 것과 상반되는 그 어떤 기어-변환 요구라도 중간 휴지를 가지게 하는, 예상 및 연결 방지 모듈(anticipation and anti-linking module, 12)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,최적의 연료 소비를 위한 추천 기어 비율을 결정하기 위한 모듈(7)은 즉각적으로 억제 모듈(8)로 이어지고, 억제 모듈은 액셀레이터 페달이 눌려지는 비율의 측정에 의해서 활성화되고, 액셀레이터 페달이 주어진 비율보다 느리게 눌려진다면 맞물린 기어 비율의 값을 유지하고, 맞물린 기어 비율의 값은, 운전자에게 지시되어야 하는 추천 기어 비율을 최종적으로 결정하기 위하여 필요할 수 있는 그 어떤 연속적인 수정(9-12)이라도 겪게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 장치.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,운전자의 희망에 관한 정보는 액셀레이터 페달이 눌려지는 정도에 의해서 나타나고, 페달이 눌려지고 탄성 복귀하는 비율을 측정하기 위한 수단 및, 페달이 주어진 쓰레숄드(threshold)보다 높은 비율로 급속히 올려진다면, 고속 기어 변환 요구에 중간 휴지(timeout)를 적용하기 위한 모듈(11)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 장치.
- 구동 엔진, 클러치 및 수동 기어박스를 구비하는 차량 추진 유닛의 제어를 보조하는 방법으로서, 차량에는 컴퓨터를 가진 제어 시스템이 설치되고, 컴퓨터는, 한편으로 각각의 순간에 차량 운행 조건들에 관련된 파라미터들의 세트를 고려하고, 다른 한편으로 각각의 순간에 차량의 속도 함수로서 최적의 연료 소비 및 최소의 오염물 배출을 위해 추천되는 기어 비율이 결정되는 기어-변환 법칙의 맵(map)을 고려하면서, 운전자의 희망에 관한 정보의 함수로서 추천된 기어 비율이 운전자에게 지시되는 것을 제어하고,추천된 기어 비율은, 안전성 및 운행 가능성에 관한 제한들의 세트를 차례로 적절하게 고려하는 연속적인 단계들에서 수정되고, 각각의 단계는 선행의 단계보다 우선됨으로써, 최종적으로 추천된 기어 비율은 다양한 제한들 사이에서의 최적의 절충이 되어 운전 안전성을 유리하게 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,컴퓨터는, 고려되어어야 하는 각각의 제한들에 각각 할당된 복수개의 분리된 계산 모듈들을 포함하고, 각각의 수정 단계에서, 대응 모듈은 선행 단계에서 추천된 기어 비율의 값과 상기 모듈이 관련된 제한의 타당성(relevance)을 점검하고, 점검의 결과에 따라서, 다음 단계로 직접 이동하여, 선행 단계에서 추천된 기어 비율을 유지하거나, 또는 추천된 기어 비율을 고속 또는 저속으로 변경시키도록 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,운전자의 희망에 관한 정보는 액셀레이터 페달이 눌려지는 정도에 의해 나타나고, 페달이 눌려지는 비율이 측정되어, 주어진 비율 이하의 느린 눌림은, 차량 속도가 빨라지는 경우에 고속 기어 변환(upshift)을 방지하지 않으면서, 그 어떤 저속 기어 변환(downshift) 요구라도 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 방법.
- 제 7 항, 제 8 항 및 제 9 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,기어를 변환시키는 그 어떤 불안전한 요구라도 억제되고, 추천이 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 추진 유닛의 제어 보조 방법.
