Claims (3)
- 내부에 설치공간이 형성된 하우징;상기 하우징을 관통하여 설치되는 중심축;상기 중심축의 일단에 고정되어 회전되는 입력기어;상기 중심축에 회동가능하게 고정되고 상기 입력기어와 치합되어 입력기어와 연동되는 변속판;상기 변속판과 일정거리 이격시킨 상태에서 변속판의 반경방향으로 설치되는 가이드축;상기 가이드축에 삽입되어 상하로 이동가능하며 외주가 상기 변속판과 밀착되는 회전롤러;상기 가이드축에 삽입되어 회전롤러를 지지하면서 회전롤러를 상하로 승하강시키는 롤러조정구;상기 회전롤러에서 소정거리 이격되어 상부가 상기 하우징에 고정되는 가이드레일;상기 가이드레일을 따라 상하로 이동시킬 수 있는 변속와이어;상기 가이드축에 삽입되어 상기 회전롤러를 하부에서 지지하면서 상기 변속와이어와 연결되어 변속와이어를 상하로 이동시킬 때 회전롤러를 상하로 이동시키는 롤러조정구;상기 가이드축의 하단에 가이드축과 일체로 형성되는 동력전달기어;상기 중심축에 삽입 결합되고 상기 동력전달기어와 치합되는 출력기어;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변속판의 전면에 상기 회전롤러와의 접촉시 마찰력을 증대시켜 회전시 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있는 마찰부재가 더 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전롤러의 외주에는 마찰력을 증대시키는 마찰부재가 더 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속장치.
