Claims (8)
- 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과,상기 제 1 기판에 형성되고, 서로 간격을 두고 배치된 복수의 단자 부분을 갖는 제 1 단자와,상기 제 1 기판에 형성되고, 상기 제 1 단자에 인접하는 다른 단자와,상기 제 2 기판에 형성되고, 상기 제 1 단자의 상기 단자 부분 중 적어도 하나의 상기 단자 부분에 전기적으로 접속되는 제 2 단자를 구비하되,상기 제 1 단자에는 상기 다른 단자에 인가되는 전위보다 높은 전위가 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실장 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기판의 상기 제 2 단자는 서로 간격을 두고 배치된 복수의 단자 부분을 갖고,상기 제 2 단자의 상기 단자 부분은 상기 제 1 단자의 상기 단자 부분과 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실장 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 단자의 상기 단자 부분은 적어도 3개의 단자 부분으로 형성되고,상기 제 2 단자는 서로 간격을 두고 배치된 적어도 3개의 단자 부분으로 형성되며,상기 제 1 단자의 상기 적어도 3개의 단자 부분은 상기 제 2 단자의 상기 적어도 3개의 단자 부분과 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실장 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판에 있어서, 상기 다른 단자는 상기 제 1 단자의 한쪽 측에만 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실장 구조체.
- 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과,상기 제 1 기판에 형성되고, 금속막 및 상기 금속막을 덮는 위치에 배치된 내부식성(耐腐食性)을 갖는 도전막을 포함하는 제 1 단자와,상기 제 1 기판에 형성되고, 상기 제 1 단자에 인접해서 배치된 내부식성을 갖는 섬 형상의 도전막과,상기 제 1 기판에 형성되고, 상기 섬 형상의 도전막에 대해서 상기 제 1 단자와는 반대측에 인접하는 다른 단자와,제 2 기판에 형성된 제 2 단자와,상기 제 2 단자에 형성되고, 상기 제 1 단자의 상기 도전막 및 상기 섬 형상의 도전막에 전기적으로 접속되며, 서로 간격을 두고 배치된 복수의 단자 부분을 구비하되,상기 제 1 단자의 상기 도전막 및 상기 섬 형상의 도전막에는 상기 다른 단자에 인가되는 전위보다 높은 전위가 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실장 구조체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판에 있어서, 상기 다른 단자는 상기 섬 형상의 도전막의 한쪽 측에만 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실장 구조체.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 5에 기재된 실장 구조체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 청구항 7에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 표시부로서 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
