- 제2항에 있어서,상기 형광염료는 Cy3, Cy5, 비오틴 결합물질, 알렉사 647(Alexa 647), 알렉사 555(Alexa 555), (5-(2-아미노에틸)아미노-1-나프탈렌 황산)(EDANS), 테트라메틸로다민(TMR), 테트라메틸로다민 이소시아네이트(TMRITC), x-로다민 및 텍사스레드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 프라이머.
- 서열번호 9 내지 44로 표시된 염기서열을 갖는 올리고뉴클레오티드, 및 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드에 상보적인 염기서열을 갖는 올리고뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는, HPV에 상보적으로 결합하는 프로브.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 올리고뉴클레오티드는 HPV-6,11,16,18,31,32,33,34,35,39,40,42,43,44,45,51,52,53,54,56,58,59,61,62,66,67,68,69,70,71,72,81,82,83,84 및 90 유형에 대응되는 것을 특징으로 하는, HPV에 상보적으로 결합하는 프로브.
- 제4항에 있어서,서열번호 9 내지 44에 표시된 염기서열의 5' 말단에 아민기가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV에 상보적으로 결합하는 프로브.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 프로브를 포함하는 HPV 유전자형 검사용 DNA칩.
- DNA를 추출하기 위한 시약;상기 DNA를 증폭시키기 위한 PCR용 프라이머; 및제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 프로브를 포함하는 HPV 유전자형 검사용 DNA칩;을 포함하는 HPV 유전자 탐지용 또는 HPV 유전자형 검사용 키트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 DNA를 추출하기 위한 시약은 단백질 분해효소와 킬렉스(chelex) 7%(w/v)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV 유전자 탐지용 또는 HPV 유전자형 검사용 키트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 PCR용 프라이머는 서열번호 1 내지 6로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 염기서열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV 유전자 탐지용 또는 HPV 유전자형 검사용 키트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 PCR용 프라이머는 서열번호 1 및 2로 이루어진 세트(JK1 세트), 서열번호 3 및 4로 이루어진 세트(JK2 세트) 및 서열번호 5 및 6으로 이루어진 세트(JK3 세트) 중에서 선택되는 하나의 세트인 것을 특징으로 하는, HPV 유전자 탐지용 또는 HPV 유전자형 검사용 키트.
- 자궁경부 탈락 세포로부터 DNA를 추출하는 단계;HPV 증폭용 프라이머를 포함하는 PCR을 이용하여 상기 DNA를 증폭시키는 단계;서열번호 9 내지 44로 표시된 염기서열을 갖는 올리고뉴클레오티드 및 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드에 상보적인 염기서열을 갖는 올리고뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 HPV 프로브를 포함하는 DNA칩에, 상기 증폭된 DNA를 교잡반응시키는 단계; 및상기 프로브와 특이적으로 교잡된 반응물을 통해 HPV 유전자형을 확인하는 단계;를 포함하는 HPV 유전자형 검사방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 PCR을 이용하여 증폭시키는 단계에서, 컨트롤 유전자로 서열번호 7 및 8로 표시되는 베타글로빈 프라이머 세트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV 유전자형 검사방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 증폭된 DNA를 교잡반응시키는 단계에서, 상기 서열번호 9 내지 44에 표시된 염기서열의 5' 말단에 아민기가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV 유전자형 검사방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 HPV 유전자형을 확인하는 단계에서, 상기 HPV 유전자형은 HPV-6,11,16,18,31,32,33,34,35,39,40,42,43,44,45,51,52,53,54,56,58,59,61,62,66,67,68,69,70,71,72,81,82,83,84, 90 및 이들의 혼합 유형으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV 유전자형 검사방법.
