Claims (1)
- 작동유의 토출 유량 가변이 가능하고, 작업장치의 구동을 위해 연결된 제1, 제2 그룹 액추에이터에 작동유를 공급하는 제1, 제2 펌프(70a)(70b);상기 제1 펌프(70a)로부터 토출된 작동유가 제1 그룹 액추에이터로 이동되는 제1 유압라인(91);상기 제2 펌프(70b)로부터 토출된 작동유가 제2 그룹 액추에이터로 이동되는 제2 유압라인(97);상기 제1 유압라인(91)과 상기 제2 유압라인(97)의 작동유가 합류하도록 방향을 전환하는 방향전환 밸브(80);상기 액추에이터로 제공되는 작동유를 제어하는 제어밸브(130,140)에 마련되고, 상기 액추에이터의 구동에 따라 발생하는 위치에너지 또는 관성에너지를 이용하여 작동유의 일부를 상기 액추에이터로 공급하여 재생하는 재생 회로부;상기 재생 회로부에서 상기 액추에이터로 공급되는 재생유량(Qregen)을 산출하는 액추에이터 사용유량 계산부(1110);운전자의 조이스틱 조작에 의해 입력되는 요구 유량(Qset)에서 상기 재생유량(Qregen)을 감산하여 현재 사용 중인 유량(Qscyl)과 현재 제1, 제2 펌프(70a)(70b)에서 토출되어야 할 유량(Qpump)을 계산하되, 상기 제1 유압라인(91)과 상기 제2 유압라인(97)이 합류될 때 합류된 유량이 상기 토출되어야할 유량(Qpump)에 가감되고, 가감된 결과 값만큼 상기 작동유가 토출되도록 상기 펌프의 사판 각도를 산출하는 사판 제어부(1220); 및상기 사판 제어부(1220)에서 결정된 결과 값에 의해 상기 제1, 제2 펌프(70a, 70b)의 사판 각도를 제어하는 전자비례감압밸브 구동부(230);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설장비의 전자유압 시스템.
