Claims (11)
- 두 개의 분지(3, 4)가 마련되어 있는 비틀림 스프링을 포함하고, 상기 분지의 각 단부는 척추뼈(2)의 뼈돌기(1)로의 고정을 위한 시스템(5)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제1항에 있어서,스프링의 축(O)은 뼈돌기로의 고정을 위한 시스템들의 중심들을 연결하는 직선에 대해서 편심되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,스프링의 분지(3, 4)들의 단부들은, 뼈돌기(1)에 자신을 고정하는 체결 구성 요소(5)에 의해서 간접적으로 뼈돌기(1)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 체결 구성 요소(5)는, 의도한 뼈돌기(1)로의 체결을 위한 후크(6, 7)를 형성하기 위하여 단부들이 동일측에서 만곡되는 대체적으로 평탄한 세장형 블레이드(blade)를 포함하는 클립(clip)인 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 세장형 블레이드는, 일 단부에서 두 개의 후크(7)를 형성하고 타 단부에서 하나의 후크(6)를 형성하기 위하여 Y자 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 블레이드는 두 개의 활주부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,스프링의 분지(3, 4)들의 단부들은 뼈돌기(1)에 직접 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,스프링의 분지(3, 4)들의 단부들은 뼈돌기(1)에 직접 체결되고,각 분지(3, 4)의 단부는 루프(loop) 형상으로 뒤로 접혀서 후크(6)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,스프링의 외경은 3 내지 13 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,스프링을 제작하는 와이어의 직경은 1 내지 4 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,스프링의 축(O)은 정지 시에, 뼈돌기(1)에 고정하기 위한 시스템들의 중심들을 연결하는 직선들에 대해서 4 내지 16 mm 만큼 편심되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요추부 극돌간 보철물.
