Claims (3)
- 무변압기형 직류-직류 부스트 컨버터에 있어서,직류 입력 전압을 직류 출력 전압으로 변환하는 제1,2 부스트 컨버터를 포함하며,상기 제1,2 부스트 컨버터의 입력측은 서로 병렬 연결되고, 상기 제1,2 부스트 컨버터의 출력측은 서로 직렬 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무변압기형 부스트 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 부스트 컨버터는 제1 인덕터, 제1 스위치, 제1 다이오드 및 출력 필터용 제1 커패시터를 포함하고,상기 제2 부스트 컨버터는 제2 인덕터, 제2 스위치, 제2 다이오드 및 출력 필터용 제2 커패시터를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 무변압기형 부스트 컨버터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1,2 스위치는 각각 모스펫(MOSFET)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무변압기형 부스트 컨버터.
