Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 탄소나노튜브 합성 공정이 진행되며, 직렬로 배치되는 복수 개의 합성 유닛들과;상기 합성 유닛들 사이에 각각 배치되며, 전단에 배치된 합성 유닛으로부터 후단에 배치된 합성 유닛으로 합성 진행 중인 탄소나노튜브를 전달하는 전달 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조 설비.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 합성 유닛들 중 가장 전단에 배치된 합성 유닛으로 촉매를 공급하는 촉매 공급 유닛과;상기 복수 개의 합성 유닛들 중 가장 후단에 배치된 합성 유닛으로부터 합성 완료된 탄소나노튜브를 포집하는 포집 유닛;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조 설비.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 합성 유닛들 각각은,탄소나노튜브 합성 공정이 진행되는 반응로와;상기 반응로 내에 촉매 유동층이 형성되도록 유동 가스를 공급하는 유동 가스 공급기와;상기 반응로 내의 상기 촉매 유동층에 탄소 소스 가스를 공급하는 소스 가스 공급기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조 설비.
- 탄소나노튜브를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,직렬로 배치된 복수 개의 합성 유닛들에서 탄소나노튜브의 합성 공정을 각각 진행하되,상기 합성 유닛들 중 가장 전단에 배치된 합성 유닛에 촉매를 공급하고,상기 합성 유닛들 중 이웃한 합성 유닛들 간에 합성 진행 중인 탄소나노튜브를 전달하고,상기 합성 유닛들 중 가장 후단에 배치된 합성 유닛으로부터 합성 완료된 탄소나노튜브를 포집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 합성 유닛들은 유동 가스를 이용하여 촉매 유동층을 형성하고, 상기 촉매 유동층에 탄소 소스 가스를 공급하여 탄소나노튜브를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조 방법.
