Claims (16)
- 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1) 로서,상호잠금 조인트 (7, 8) 및 고강도 구조 접착제에 의한 접착 조인트 (4) 에 의해 구성요소 (3) 가 샤프트 몸체 (2) 와 결합되는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,구성요소 (3) 는 샤프트 몸체 (2) 에서 상호잠금 조인트 (7, 8) 에 의해 반경방향으로 위치하는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,구성요소 (3) 는 샤프트 몸체 (2) 에서 접착 조인트 (4) 에 의해 축선 방향으로 고정되는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,에폭시 수지 접착제가 접착 조인트 (4) 를 위한 고강도 접착제로서 사용되 는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,혐기성 경화 접착제가 접착 조인트 (4) 를 위한 고강도 접착제로서 사용되는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리우레탄이 접착 조인트 (4) 를 위한 고강도 접착제로서 사용되는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,구성요소 (3) 와 샤프트 몸체 (2) 간의 간격의 크기는 500 ㎛ 이하인, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,샤프트 몸체 (2) 는 중공 샤프트 튜브인, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,샤프트 몸체 (2) 는 중공 샤프트 튜브이고, 그에는 불균형을 상쇄하기 위한 수단 (5, 6) 이 배치되는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,샤프트 몸체 (2) 와 구성요소 (3) 는 동일한 재료로 이루어진, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 는 샤프트 몸체 (2) 와는 다른 재료로 제작되는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 는 소결된 재료로 이루어지는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 는 소결된 단조 재료로 이루어지는, 샤프트 몸 체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 는 주조된 재료로 이루어지는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 는 단조된 재료로 이루어지는, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,구성요소 (3) 는 베어링 및/또는 캠 (3), 허브 또는 기어 휠과 같은 성형된 제어 요소에 관련된 것인, 샤프트 몸체 (2) 및 그에 고정된 적어도 하나의 구성요소 (3) 를 갖는 샤프트 (1).
