Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- (A) 폴리에틸렌;(B) 실리콘기를 포함하는 화합물;(C) 무기 충진재; 및(D) 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.1 내지 10 중량%의 양을 가지는 폴리프로필렌;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 조성물(D)의 양은 0.3 내지 4 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성물(D)는 2.16 kg을 10분 당 0.1 내지 15 g으로 하여 230℃ 조건에서 ISO 1133에 따라 측정된 용융흐름속도(MFR2)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌(D)는 매트릭스 폴리머로서 폴리프로필렌 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머, 및 결합된 에틸렌-프로필렌-고무를 포함하는 프로필렌 헤테로 상의 코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 성분(D)는 400 내지 2000 MPa의 ISO 527-2에 의해 측정된 인장 탄성율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌(A)의 양은 전체 폴리머 조성물 중 30 내지 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌(A)는 20 초과의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn을 가지는 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌(A)는 극성기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 극성기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌은 C1- 내지 C6- 알킬 아크릴레이트, C1- 내지 C6- 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 비닐 아세테이트로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 코모노머를 가지는 에틸렌의 코폴리머를 포함하고, 상기 코폴리머는 그의 아이오노머(ionomers)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 극성기를 가지는 폴리에틸렌은 성분(A)의 전체 질량 중 50 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 성분(B)의 양은 전체 폴리머 조성물 중 1 내지 20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 성분(B)는 실리콘 액체 및/또는 검(gum), 및/또는 에틸렌의 코폴리머 및 실리콘기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 다른 코모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 성분(B)는 폴리디메틸실록산 및/또는 에틸렌의 코폴리머 및 비닐-폴리메틸실록산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 무기 충진재(C)의 양은 전체 폴리머 조성물 중 20 내지 60 중량%인 것 을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 무기 충진재(C)는 수산화물 또는 수산화 화합물 중 어느 것도 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 무기 충진재(C)는 주기율표의 그룹 1 내지 13의 원소 중 카보네이트, 옥사이드 및/또는 셀페이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 성분(C)는 메탈 카보네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 난연성 폴리머 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 난연성 폴리머 조성물로 제조된 층을 포함하는 전선 또는 케이블.
- 전선 또는 케이블의 층을 생산하기 위한 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 난연성 폴리머 조성물의 용도.
- 전선 또는 케이블을 위한 난연성 층의 생산에 있어서 폴리프로필렌을 공정 촉진제로서 사용하는 용도:여기서 상기 폴리프로필렌은 상기 조성물 내에 존재하고, 0.1 내지 10 중량%의 양을 가진 난연성 층의 제조를 위해 사용됨.
- 전선 또는 케이블을 위한 난연성 층의 생산에 있어서 폴리프로필렌을 공정 촉진제로서 사용하는 용도:여기서 조성물은 제1항 내지 제17항에서 사용되는 조성물임.
