Claims (4)
- 하면에 LED칩이 부착되는 금속PCB와, 상기 금속PCB의 상면에 배치되는 냉각모듈를 포함하되,상기 냉각모듈은 평판형 다채널 히트파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 램프용 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 평판형 다채널 히트파이프는 U자 평판형 다채널 히트파이프로서,상기 히트파이프의 센터는 상기 금속PCB의 후면에 배치되는 증발영역이고,상기 히트파이프의 양 사이드는 응축영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 램프용 냉각장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 응축영역에는 사이드내측히트싱크 및 사이드외측히트싱크로 구성되는 사이드히트싱크가 설치되되,상기 사이드내측히트싱크는 상기 응축영역의 내측면과 일부 접하는 폐단면의 사이드내측베이스블록과, 상기 응축영역의 내측면과 접하지 않는 상기 사이드내측베이스블록의 외주면에 형성된 다수의 사이드내측냉각핀으로 구성되고,상기 사이드외측히트싱크는 상기 응축영역의 외측면과 접하는 사이드외측베 이스블록과, 상기 사이드외측베이스블록의 외주면에 형성된 다수의 사이드외측냉각핀으로 구성되고,상기 증발영역에는 센터베이스블록과 다수의 센터냉각핀으로 구성되는 센터히트싱크가 설치되되,상기 센터베이스블록은 상기 금속PCB와 체결되어 상기 증발영역에 접촉되고,상기 센터냉각핀은 상기 사이드내측베이스블록의 내부 공간에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 램프용 냉각장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각모듈의 외관에는 열전도가 낮고 공기 유동이 가능한 하우징이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 램프용 냉각장치.
