Claims (7)
- 한쌍의 투명한 판유리가 주연단부에 배설되어 있는 스페이서를 매개로 하여 격치(隔置)되고, 한쌍의 판유리 사이에 밀봉된 중공층이 형성되어 되는 복층유리에 있어서, 판유리의 두께가 2.5~20 ㎜의 범위에 있고, 중공층의 두께가 2.5~15 ㎜의 범위에 있으며, 한쌍의 판유리 중 1장 이상의 판유리에, 20~2 Kル/□ 범위의 표면저항을 갖는 저항막이 형성되고, 이 저항막은 판유리의 중공층측 면에 형성되어 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 LAN에 사용하는 전자파 흡수판.
- 제1항에 있어서,1장의 판유리에만 저항막이 형성되며, (1) 저항막이 형성된 판유리의 두께가 2~9 ㎜의 범위에 있고, 중공층의 두께가 5~15 ㎜의 범위에 있으며, 저항막의 저항값이 20~2 kΩ/□의 범위에 있거나, 또는 (2) 저항막이 형성된 판유리의 두께가 9 ㎜를 초과하고 20 ㎜ 이하인 범위에 있고, 중공층의 두께가 5 ㎜~15 ㎜의 범위에 있으며, 저항막의 저항값이 20~1 kΩ/□의 범위에 있고, 또한, 2.45 ㎓의 전자파 흡수량이 10 dB 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 LAN에 사용하는 전자파 흡수판.
- 제1항에 있어서,1장의 판유리에만 저항막이 형성되며, (3) 중공층의 두께가 5~15 ㎜의 범위에 있고, 저항막이 형성된 판유리의 두께가 4~6 ㎜의 범위에 있으며, 저항막의 저 항값이 20~500 Ω/□의 범위에 있거나, 또는 (4) 중공층의 두께가 5 ㎜~15 ㎜의 범위에 있고, 저항막이 형성된 판유리의 두께가 6 ㎜를 초과하고 14 ㎜ 이하인 범위에 있으며, 저항막의 저항값이 100~300 Ω/□의 범위에 있거나, 또는 (5) 중공층의 두께가 5 ㎜~15 ㎜의 범위에 있고, 저항막이 형성된 판유리의 두께가 14 ㎜를 초과하고 20 ㎜ 이하인 범위에 있으며, 저항막의 저항값이 20~500 Ω/□의 범위에 있고, 또한, 5.2 ㎓의 전자파 흡수량이 10 dB 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 LAN에 사용하는 전자파 흡수판.
- 제1항에 있어서,2장의 판유리에 저항막이 형성되며, (6) 중공층이 5~15 ㎜이고, 1장 이상의 1장 이상의 판유리 두께가 2~6 ㎜의 범위에 있으며, 이 판유리에 형성되는 저항막의 저항값이 100~2 kΩ/□의 범위에 있거나, 또는, (7) 중공층이 5~15 ㎜이고, 1장 이상의 판유리 두께가 6 ㎜를 초과하고 14 ㎜ 이하인 범위에 있으며, 이 판유리에 형성되는 저항막의 저항값이 20~500 Ω/□의 범위에 있거나, 또는, (8) 중공층이 11~15 ㎜에 있고, 1장 이상의 판유리 두께가 14 ㎜를 초과하고 20 ㎜ 이하인 범위에 있으며, 이 판유리에 형성되는 저항막의 저항값이 20~150 Ω/□의 범위에 있고, 2.45 ㎓의 전자파 흡수량이 10 dB 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 LAN에 사용하는 전자파 흡수판.
- 제1항에 있어서,2장의 판유리에 저항막이 형성되며, (9) 중공층이 5~11 ㎜이고, 1장 이상의 판유리 두께가 2~9 ㎜의 범위에 있으며, 이 판유리에 형성되는 저항막의 저항값이 20~500 Ω/□의 범위에 있거나, 또는, (10) 중공층이 7~15 ㎜이고, 1장 이상의 판유리 두께가 11~20 ㎜의 범위에 있으며, 이 판유리에 형성되는 저항막의 저항값이 20~2 kΩ/□의 범위에 있고, 5.2 ㎓의 전자파 흡수량이 10 dB 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 LAN에 사용하는 전자파 흡수판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,저항막이 유전체막, 금속막, 유전체막의 순으로 판유리에 성막되어 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 LAN에 사용하는 전자파 흡수판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속막이 Cr 또는 Al로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 LAN에 사용하는 전파 흡수판.
