Claims (7)
- 과산화수소를 에폭시화 촉매의 존재 하에서 액상 중, 프로필렌과 반응시켜 프로필렌옥사이드를 제조하는 공정, 및 당해 공정에서 생성되는 벤트 가스 중의 리사이클 가능한 성분을 니트릴을 함유하는 용매에 흡수시켜 회수하는 공정으로 이루어지는 프로필렌옥사이드의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리사이클 가능한 성분이 프로필렌옥사이드 혹은 미반응 프로필렌인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,벤트 가스 중에 함유되는, 리사이클 가능한 성분을 흡수한 니트릴을 함유하는 용매로 이루어지는 용액을 에폭시화 반응에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,니트릴 함유하는 용매가, 과산화수소를 에폭시화 촉매의 존재 하에서 프로필렌과 반응시켜 프로필렌옥사이드를 제조하는 공정의 반응액으로부터 회수되는 니트릴을 함유하는 용매인 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,회수되는 니트릴을 함유하는 용매로부터 물을 분리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,에폭시화 촉매가 산소 12 원자 고리 이상의 세공을 갖는 티타노실리케이트 촉매인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,산소 12 원자 고리 이상의 세공을 갖는 티타노실리케이트 촉매가 MWW 구조를 갖는 결정성 티타노실리케이트 혹은 그 전구체인 방법.
