Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 박막 트랜지스터, 공통 전극 및 화소 전극이 형성된 제1기판;일면에는 투명 도전층 및 상기 투명 도전층를 덮는 절연막이 형성되어 있으며, 타면은 상기 제1기판을 향하여 배치되어 있는 제2기판; 및상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 채워진 액정층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전층은 인듐 틴 옥사이드, 인듐 징크 옥사이드 및 틴 옥사이드중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 절연막은 SiNx, SiOx 및 SiOF 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전층의 두께는 200Å 내지 500Å, 상기 투명 절연막의 두께는 3500Å 내지 4500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전층의 두께는 1200 Å 내지 1400Å, 상기 투명 절연막의 두께는 2500Å 내지 3500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 공통 전극과 상기 화소 전극 사이에 형성된 적어도 하나의 절연층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 공통 전극과 상기 화소 전극은 동일한 층에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2기판의 타면에 형성된 칼라필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 투명 기판;상기 투명 기판의 일면에 형성된 투명 도전층;상기 투명 도전층 상에 형성된 절연막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 패널용 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전층은 인듐 틴 옥사이드, 인듐 징크 옥사이드 및 틴 옥사이드중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 패널용 기판.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 절연막은 SiNx, SiOx 및 SiOF 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 패널용 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전층의 두께는 200Å 내지 500Å, 상기 절연막의 두께는 3500Å 내지 4500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 패널용 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전층의 두께는 1200Å 내지 1500Å, 상기 절연막의 두께는 2500Å 내지 3500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 패널용 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 투명 기판의 타면에 형성된 컬러 필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 패널용 기판.
