Claims (5)
- 산화아연으로 형성된 소자와, 상기 소자의 양단에 결합되는 전극과, 상기 전극의 일단에 결합되며 인하용 전선과 상기 전극을 연결하는 연결전극을 포함하는 피뢰기 모듈;상기 인하용 전선의 일단과 상기 피뢰기 모듈을 감싸도록 사출성형되는 하우징;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리드선 부착형 폴리머 피뢰기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결전극은,상기 인하용 전선이 삽입되는 전선연결홈이 형성된 헤드와,상기 헤드로부터 점차 직경이 증가하도록 테이퍼지게 형성된 바디와,상기 바디의 단부에 돌출형성되어 상기 전극에 결합되는 결합폴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리드선 부착형 폴리머 피뢰기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 헤드의 상기 전선연결홈이 형성된 입구측에는 상기 전선연결홈보다 큰 직경을 갖는 전선수용홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드선 부착형 폴리머 피뢰기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전선연결홈의 내부에는 소정 두께의 주석으로 이루어진 주석층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드선 부착형 폴리머 피뢰기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 바디에는 둘레방향을 따라 노치된 노치홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드선 부착형 폴리머 피뢰기.
