Description
Claims (3)
- 오목형 또는 볼록형 판재를 지지하는 판재 하부 받침 장치;상기 판재 하부 받침 장치가 형성되며, 상기 판재의 각도를 조절하는 경사 베드;상기 경사 베드의 외곽에 형성되어 상기 판재를 고정시키는 판재 맞춤 및 구속 장치;상기 판재의 회전 시 구동력을 제공하는 모터;상기 모터로부터 전달되는 구동력을 전달하는 유니버셜 조인트 바;상기 경사 베드와 상기 유니버셜 조인트 바를 연결하는 스크류 잭; 및상기 경사 베드의 하단 중심부에 형성되어 상기 경사 베드의 회전 시 축을 형성하는 중심축을 포함하는 3차원 대형 판부재 자동 경사조절 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 3차원 대형 판부재 자동 경사조절 장치의 구동시 각도 조절을 제어하기 위한 제어장치를 더 포함하는 3차원 대형 판부재 자동 경사조절 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는 주제어기와,상기 모터와 연결되어 모터의 구동을 제어하는 모터 제어기와,경사각 제어가 가능한 경사센서 혹은 엔코더와,오목 또는 볼록 판재의 용접선을 맞추고, 판재를 구속할 수 있는 판재 맞춤 및 구속 장치를 구동하는 중앙 구동장치를 포함하는 3차원 대형 판부재 자동 경사조절 장치.
