Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 전체 고형분 중, 페놀 수지 45∼75중량%, 할로겐화 폴리머 5∼25중량% 및 금속 산화물 10∼30중량%를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 페놀 수지가 노볼락형 페놀 수지, 레졸형 페놀 수지 또는 이것들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 접착제 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 노볼락형 페놀 수지 50∼90중량%와 레졸형 페놀 수지 50∼10중량%의 혼합물이 페놀 수지로서 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 폴리머가 디클로로부타디엔의 중합체, 브롬화 디클로로부타디엔의 중합체, 염소화 폴리클로로프렌 또는 염화 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 산화 티탄, 2가 금속 산화물 또는 산화 티탄 및 2가 금속 산화물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속/접착제층/아크릴고무 복합체 제조시의 접착제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 가황 접착제 조성물을 사용하여, 금속과 아크릴고무를 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴고무 금속 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 금속으로서 표면처리되지 않은 금속이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴고무 금속 복합체.
