Description
Claims (9)
- 냉각수가 흐르는 워터 자켓(water jacket)이 형성된 실린더 블록;상기 실린더 블록에 결합되며, 실린더의 흡기구에 연결된 흡기 매니폴드 러너(intake manifold runner)와 실린더의 배기구에 연결된 배기 매니폴드 러너(exhaust manifold runner)가 형성되어 있는 실린더 헤드;상기 실린더 블록 내에 형성되어 있으며 상기 배기 매니폴드 러너에 연결되어 재순환되는 배기가스를 공급 받는 제1재순환 가스 통로;상기 실린더 헤드 내에 형성되어 있으며 일단은 상기 제1재순환 가스 통로에 연결되고 타단은 상기 흡기 매니폴드 러너에 연결되어 있는 제2재순환 가스 통로;상기 재2재순환 가스 통로에 장착되어 있으며 상기 흡기 매니폴드 러너에 재순환 배기가스의 공급을 조절하는 재순환 밸브; 그리고상기 재순환 밸브의 개폐를 조절하는 엔진 제어 유닛;을 포함하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1재순환 가스 통로는 상기 워터 자켓 주위에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배기 매니폴드 러너와 상기 제1재순환 가스 통로 사이에는 배기가스 내의 유해한 가스를 제거하는 촉매 컨버터(catalytic converter)가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2재순환 가스 통로에는 재순환된 배기 가스의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출기가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2재순환 가스 통로는 길이방향으로 형성된 격벽에 의하여 제1,2통로로 나뉘어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 재순환 밸브는 차량의 운행조건에 따라 상기 제1,2통로를 개폐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 재순환 밸브는 고부하 영역에서는 상기 제1,2통로를 모두 개통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 재순환 밸브는 저부하 영역에서는 상기 제2통로만을 개통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 재순환 밸브는 솔레노이드 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 재순환 시스템.
