Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 식물 수성 추출물 또는 생리적 유체(physiological fluid)를 친지성 수지 상에 흡착시키는 단계, 탈착시키고 용출물을 회수하는 단계에 의해 식물 수성 추출물 또는 생리적 유체로부터 접합된 형태의 천연 친수성 수용성 생성물을 회수하고 정제하는 방법으로서, 상기 수지는 600 m2/g 면적, 1.3 ml/g 용적(건조 중량), 약 200 옹스트롬의 세공 크기를 갖는, 스티렌 및/또는 디비닐벤젠 부분에서 브롬화된 다공성 스티렌-디비닐 벤젠 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 생성물은 이소플라본, 항산화제, 또는 접합 에스트로겐(conjuated estrogen) 또는 그들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이소플라본은 대두 또는 트리폴리움 프라텐시스(Trifolium pratensis)로부터 추출된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이소플라본은 게니스테인, 다이드제인, 포르모노네틴, 비오카닌 A를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 임신한 포유동물 체액으로부터 접합 에스트로겐의 정제 및 회수를 위한 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 생리적 유체의 염의 혼합물은 임신한 암말 소변인 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 에스트론, 에퀼린, △8,9-데히드로에스트론, 17α-에스트라디올; 17α-디히드로에퀼린, 17β-디히드로에퀼린, 17β-에스트라디올, 에퀼레닌, 17α-디히드로에퀼레닌; 17β-디히드로에퀼레닌을 포함하는 접합 에스트로겐 염 혼합물의 제조를 위한 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 17β-△8,9-데히드로에스트라디올; 17α-△8,9-데히드로에스트라디올; 6-OH 17α-디히드로에퀼레닌; 6-OH 에퀼레닌; 6-OH 17β-디히드로에퀼레닌 및/또는 기타 술페이트화 스테로이드 대사산물(sulfated steroidal metabolite)로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 접합된 염을 더 포함하는 혼합물의 제조를 위한 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접합물(conjuate)은 술페이트이고 상기 염은 소디움 염인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 상품명 디아이 온(Diaion) SP 207®, 디아이온 SP 205® 및 디아이온 SP 206®로 상업적으로 구입가능한 수지들로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
