Claims (15)
- 적어도 일정 공급 단계들 사이에서, 전단, 펀칭, 프레싱, 벤딩 등에 의해 처리되는 제1 시트 재료(21)가 제1 공급 부분(6)에서 배출부(8)로 공구를 통해 제1 공급 길이의 제1 공급 방향(9)으로 단계적으로 공급되는, 시트 재료로 합성 물체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 적어도 제2 시트 재료(22)가 제2 공급 길이의 제2 공급 방향(10)으로 제2 공급 부분(7)을 통해 공구로 단계적으로 공급되고, 적어도 일정 공급 단계들 사이에서, 상기 제2 시트 재료가 전단, 펀칭, 프레싱, 벤딩 등에 의해 물체의 완전 또는 부분적으로 완성된 제2 부품들로 처리되며, 공구의 제2 부품들이, 제1 시트 재료(21)로 완전 또는 부분적으로 완성된, 물체의 제1 부품들과 함께 결합되며, 공구를 제1 공급 방향(9)의 조립된 상태로 남게 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료로 합성 물체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 공급 방향(10)은 제1 공급 방향(9)과 교차하도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 시트 재료(22)는 제1 시트 재료(21)의 높이 레벨보다 높거나 또는 낮은 높이 레벨로 공구에 공급되며, 높이 레벨의 차는 제1 및 제2 시트 재료 각각 의 재료 두께에 대응함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,적어도 조립 작동의 초기 단계는 제1 공급 방향(9) 및 제2 공급 방향(10) 사이의 교차 영역에서 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 부품과의 조립 작동 중 적어도 하나의 초기 단계가 실행됨과 동시에, 상기 제2 부품은 제2 공급 방향(10)으로 바로 뒤이은 제2 부품으로부터 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 시트 재료(21) 및 제2 시트 재료(22)는 다른 재료 두께로 주어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 시트 재료(21) 및 제2 시트 재료(22)는 다른 재료 구성 또는 특성들로 주어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 시트 재료(21,22)는 각각 동기적인 이동으로 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 시트 재료들(21,22)의 처리 및 제1 및 제2 부품들의 조립은 동기적인 이동으로 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 공구를 통해 연장하며 제1 시트 재료(21)가 그를 따라 단계적으로 공급될 수 있도록 제1 공급 길이로 되며, 전단, 펀칭, 프레싱, 벤딩 등에 의해 제1 시트 재료를 처리하기 위한 다수의 처리 스테이션들(17)을 나타내고 있는 제1 재료 경로(11)를 포함하는, 시트 재료로 합성 물체들을 제조하기 위한 공구에 있어서, 제2 시트 재료(22)가 그를 따라 단계적으로 공급될 수 있도록 제2 공급 길이로 된, 적어도 제2 재료 경로(14)로서, 상기 제2 재료 경로를 따라 전단, 펀칭, 프레싱, 벤딩 등에 의해 제2 시트 재료를 처리하기 위한 다수의 처리 스테이션들(18), 및 제1 및 제2 재료 경로들(11,14) 사이의 교차 영역에 배치되는 제2 시트 재료(22)로 제조된 물체의 완전 또는 부분적으로 완성된 제2 부품들과 제1 시트 재료(21)로 제조된 물체의 완전 또는 부분적으로 완성된 제1 부품들을 함께 결합 또는 조립하기 위한 스테이션들(19)이 배치되어 있는 제2 재료 경로(14)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 시트 재료로 합성 물체들을 제조하기 위한 공구.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 재료 경로들(11,14)은 경질 유닛으로서 함께 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서,상기 제1 재료 경로(11)는 제1 공급 부분(6) 및 배출부(8)를 가지며, 상기 제2 재료 경로(14)는 제2 공급 부분(7)을 가지며 상기 제2 재료 경로는 제1 재료 경로와 교차하게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제10항 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 재료 경로들(11,14)은 공구에 포함되어 경질 유닛으로서 함께 결합되는 공통 판 또는 판들(2) 상에 배치되는 가이드들(12,13,15,16)에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 한정됨을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서,상기 제2 공급 부분(7)은 제1 공급 부분(6)보다 높거나 또는 낮은 높이 레벨에 배치되며, 높이 레벨의 차는 제1 및 제2 시트 재료(21,22)의 두께 각각에 대응함을 특징으로 하는 공구.
