Claims (13)
- 본체;와상기 본체의 내부에 마련되어 냉기가 공급되는 과냉각실;과상기 과냉각실에 마이크로파를 발진시키기 위한 마이크로파 발생장치;와상기 마이크로파 발생장치에서 발진하는 마이크로파의 세기를 제어하는 제어장치;를구비하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로파 발생장치는 마이크로파를 발진하는 마그네트론인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는 마이크로파의 세기를 조절하기 위하여 상기 마그네트론에서 발진하는 마이크로파의 투과율을 조절하는 차폐막부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 차폐막부재는 일정한 크기의 격자구조를 가지는 금속판으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는 상기 과냉각실 내부의 마이크로파의 세기를 조절하기 위하여 상기 마그네트론에 인가되는 전류를 제어하는 전류제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로파 발생장치는 상기 과냉각실 내부에 전기장을 형성하는 전극유닛과, 상기 전극유닛에 교류 전압을 인가하는 전압유닛을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전극유닛은 상기 과냉각실에서 서로 마주보는 벽측에 마련되는 한 쌍의 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 과냉각실의 하부에 마련되는 플레이트는 과냉각수를 담고 있는 용기가 안착되도록 구멍부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는 마이크로파의 세기를 조절하기 위하여 상기 전압유닛이 인가하는 전압을 제어하는 전압제어유닛을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전압제어유닛은 상기 전압유닛이 인가하는 전압의 크기를 변환하는 전압변환부와, 상기 전압유닛이 인가하는 전압의 주파수를 변환하는 주파수변환부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 전압변환부를 통과한 전압의 크기는 2kV~10kV 이고, 상기 주파수변환부를 통과한 전압의 주파수는 100KHz~1MHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 본체와,상기 본체의 내부에 마련되어 냉기가 공급되는 과냉각실;과상기 과냉각실의 내부 공간을 분할하는 격벽부;와상기 격벽부에 의해서 분할된 공간에 마이크로파를 발진시키는 마이크로파 발생장치;와상기 마이크로파 발생장치에서 발진하는 마이크로파의 세기를 제어하는 제어장치;를구비하는 냉장고.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 격벽부는 복수 개 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
