Claims (11)
- 임의의 간격을 두고 실질적으로 평행하게 배치되는 제1 및 제2 기판과,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되는 복수의 어드레스 전극들, 상기 어드레스 전극들을 덮으면서 제1 기판 전면에 형성되는 제1 유전체층, 상기 제1 유전체층과 소정의 높이로 제공되며, 방전 공간을 형성하는 다수의 격벽들, 상기 방전 공간 내 주입된 방전 가스들, 상기 방전 공간 내에 형성되는 적색, 청색 및 녹색 형광체층을 포함하고,상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 제2 기판의 일면에 상기 어드레스 전극들과 교차하는 방향으로 배치되는 버스 전극을 포함하는 복수의 표시 전극들, 상기 표시 전극들을 덮으면서 상기 제2 기판 전면에 형성되는 제2 유전체층, 및 상기 제2 유전체층을 덮으면서 그 상부에 배치된 보호막을 포함하며,상기 적색 형광체층은 무기 안료를 포함하고, 무기 안료를 포함하지 않을 때와 비교하여 570 내지 600 nm 파장의 발광 피크의 감소폭이 610 내지 630 nm 파장의 발광 피크 감소폭보다 큰 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널:[수학식 1]│A-a│570-600 nm ≤ 2│B-b│610-630 nm(상기 수학식 1에서, A는 무기 안료를 포함하지 않는 적색 형광체층의 570 내지 600 nm의 발광 피크이고, a는 무기 안료를 포함하는 적색 형광체층의 570 내지 600 nm의 발광 피크이고, B는 무기 안료를 포함하지 않는 적색 형광체층의 610 내지 630 nm의 발광 피크이고, b는 무기 안료를 포함하지 않는 적색 형광체층의 610 내지 630 nm의 발광 피크이다)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적색 형광체층은 (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu, YBO3:Eu, GdBO3:Eu, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종을 포함하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기 안료는 Fe2O3, CuO, Cu2O 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종을 포함하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적색 형광체층은 적색 형광체층의 표면에 무기 안료가 0.01 내지 0.3 ㎛의 두께로 코팅된 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적색 형광체층은 100 중량부의 적색 형광체와, 0.1 내지 5 중량부의 무기 안료를 포함하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적색 형광체층은 하기 수학식 3을 만족하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널:[수학식 3]I590 nm/I610 nm = 0.8 : 1 내지 1 : 1(상기 수학식 3에서, I590 nm은 590 nm의 발광 피크의 세기이고, I610 nm는 590 nm의 발광 피크의 세기이다)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방전 가스는 가스 분압이 5 내지 20%인 Xe을 포함하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방전 가스는 가스 분압이 5 내지 20%인 Xe, 20 내지 40%의 He, 및 40 내지 70%의 Ne을 포함하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널과,상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전면에 배치된 전면 필터를 구비한 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전면 필터는 네온컷 차폐층이 구비되지 않는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치.
