- 폴리에스테르 기재필름;상기 폴리에스테르 기재 필름의 일면에 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란커플링제를 함유하는 프라이머 도포액이 도포, 건조 및 가교되어 형성된 프라이머층; 및상기 프라이머층 상에, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리디메틸실록산 및 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 하이드로겐실란의 경화성 실리콘 수지를 함유하는 도포액이 도포, 건조 및 가교되어 형성된 실리콘 이형 코팅층;으로 이루어진 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.화학식 1Y-R-Si(X)화학식 2화학식 3(상기에서, Y는 비닐기, 에폭시기, 아미노기 또는 메르캅토기이며,R은 직접 결합 또는 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬렌기이며, X는 탄소수 1∼6의 알콕시기이고, 1.0 ≤ o/m ≤ 1.4, 100 ≤ m+n ≤ 5000 및 10 ≤ o+p ≤ 200를 만족한다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름이 하기식 (1), (2) 및 (3)의 박리력을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.x = 100-(b/a × 100) ≤ 20 ‥‥‥ (1)y = 100-(c/a × 100) ≤ 30 ‥‥‥ (2)z = 100-(d/a × 100) ≤ 40 ‥‥‥ (3)(상기 식에서, a는 기재필름에 이형 코팅 후 즉시 점착층 합지 후 측정한 이형필름의 박리력(gf/inch)이고, b는 기재 필름에 이형 코팅 후 1일 경과 후 점착층 합지 후 측정한 이형필름의 박리력이고, c는 기재 필름에 이형 코팅 후 3일 경과 후 점착층 합지 후 측정한 이형필름의 박리력이고, d는 기재 필름에 이형 코팅 후 5일 경과 후 점착층 합지 후 측정한 이형필름의 박리력이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름이 편광판 적층체에서 점착테이프를 이용한 이형필름 박리 시, 하기 식 (4)의 점착력을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.R / R0 ≥ 35 ‥‥‥ (4)(상기에서, R0는 편광판용 폴리에스테르 필름의 이형처리된 코팅면에 점착테이프 합지 후 측정한 테이프 점착력이고, R은 편광판용 폴리에스테르 필름의 비코팅면에 점착테이프 합지 후 측정한 테이프 점착력이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란커플링제를 함유하는 프라이머 도포액이 실란커플링제 80 내지 99중량%, 알칼리성 무기입자 0.5 내지 5중량% 및 계면활성제 0.5 내지 15 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제가 비닐트리에톡시실란,비닐트리메톡시실란,v-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란,Y-글리시독시프로필메틸디메톡시실란,N-p(아미노메틸)-v-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란,N-p(아미노메틸)-Y-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시실란 및 v-메르캅토프로필트리메톡시실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리성 무기입자가 산화철졸, 알루미나졸, 산화주석졸 및 실리카졸로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광 판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란커플링제를 함유하는 프라이머 도포액의 전체 고형분의 농도가 2 내지 30 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란커플링제를 함유하는 프라이머 도포액의 도포량이 주행하고 있는 필름 ㎡ 당 0.01∼2g인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머층이 10∼400 nm 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판용 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
