Claims (7)
- HID 램프(1)를 점등시키기 위한 고압방전등용 안정기(100)에 있어서,AC전원을 공급받는 초입부에 입력전류제어소자인 인덕터(L2)를 연결하여 인가되는 초기 기동전류를 1차 제어하며 2중 필터구조를 갖는 EMI필터부(110)와;상기 EMI필터부로부터 입력된 교류전압을 전파정류하여 직류전압으로 변환하는 전파정류부(120)와;상기 전파정류부의 출력을 커패시터(C3)(C4)를 통해 맥류상태로 변환하고 인덕터(L1) 및 다이오드(D1)를 통해 공급전압을 2차로 전류제어 및 상승시키며 평활시켜 직류전압의 역률을 보상하는 수동 PFC회로(130)와;상기 수동 PFC회로(130)로부터 역률 보상된 직류전압을 공급받으며 LC공진회로 및 ZVS회로를 구비하여 HID 램프(1)의 점등을 위한 동기전압 및 이그나이터전압을 만들고 데드타임에 의한 보상으로 출력전력을 컨트롤하는 HID 램프구동용 드라이브회로(140)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압방전등용 안정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 드라이브회로(140) 및 HID 램프(1)의 파손으로 인해 점등이 이루어지지 않는 경우 계속적으로 발생되는 이그니션 펄스를 차단하기 위하여 시정수를 이용한 딜레이 차단기능을 발휘하는 타임딜레이회로(150)를 포함하여 이루어지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압방전등용 안정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 드라이브회로(140)에 의한 HID 램프(1)의 점등 후 바로 OFF되는 경우를 대비하여 다이악(Diac)(D9)과 MOSFET(Q5)의 구동을 통해 드라이브회로(140)를 OFF상태로 만들어 출력전력을 차단함에 의해 안정기회로를 보호하기 위한 보호회로(160)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압방전등용 안정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 HID 램프구동용 드라이브회로(140)는 수동 PFC회로(130)로부터 역률 보상된 직류전압을 공급받으며 드라이브 IC(141)의 동작에 의해 스위칭 제어되어 출력전력을 형성하게 되는 4개의 MOSFET(Q1~Q4) 구성을 갖는 풀브리지회로부(142)와;상기 풀브리지회로부(142)에 의한 출력 형성시 전압이 인가되어 HID 램프(1)의 점등에 필요한 동기전압을 만들며 변압기(T1)의 출력 인덕터(Lo)와 커패시터(C14)를 LC공진으로 결합 구성한 이그나이터회로부(143)와;상기 이그나이터회로부(143)에 의한 HID 램프(1)의 점등이 안되는 경우 이를 대비하여 별도로 이그나이터 전압을 공급하기 위한 사이닥(Sidac)(S1) 구성의 보조 이그나이터(144)와;상기 풀브리지회로부(142)에 연결 구비되며 가변저항(R29) 1개에 의해 데드타임을 조절하여 출력전력을 제어할 수 있도록 구성된 ZVS회로부(145)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압방전등용 안정기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 타임딜레이회로(150)는 인가전압의 분배기능을 하는 저항(R23)(R24) 및 커패시터(C22)와, 입력의 반전신호를 출력하는 인버터구조의 비교기(U4~U2)와, 시정수로 기능하는 저항(R21) 및 커패시터(C21)와, 비교기(U2)의 최종 출력으로 OFF 제어되며 상기 드라이브회로(140)의 이그나이터회로부(143) 또는 보조 이그나이터(144)에 발생되는 이그니션 펄스를 차단하는 릴레이(LS1)의 연결 구성으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압방전등용 안정기.
- 상기 제 1항 내지 제 5항에 의한 고압방전등용 안정기(100) 또는 일반적인 고압방전등용 전자식 안정기(10)에 연결되며, 중앙제어용 PC(210)에 연결된 전력선모뎀(220)에서 얻은 신호를 상기 안정기(100)(10)의 램프구동용 드라이브회로에 전달함과 아울러 램프(1)의 상태를 확인하고 시간대별로 또는 광량이나 온도의 외부 환경조건에 따라 프로그래밍 제어를 행하여 HID 램프(1)의 조도를 제어하는 마이컴(230)과;상기 마이컴(230)과 중앙제어용 PC(210)와의 통신을 가능하게 하며 자동이득조정(AGC)을 행하는 모뎀 칩(240)과;상기 전력선모뎀(220)이 연결되는 전력라인(PL)에 연결되며 중앙제어용 PC(210)로부터 마이컴(230)에 신호전달시 용이한 신호검출을 위한 수신 커플러(251) 및 VI증폭기(252)와;상기 전력선모뎀(220)이 연결되는 전력라인(PL)에 연결되며 마이컴(230)으로부터 중앙제어용 PC(210)에 신호전달시 최대 전송을 행하기 위한 송신 커플러(261) 및 전류증폭기(262)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압방전등용 조도 제어시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 전력선모뎀(220)이 연결되는 전력라인(PL)에 누전검출기(270)를 연결하고 상기 마이컴(230)으로 누전검출신호를 보내도록 구성하며, 상기 안정기(100)(10) 또는 HID 램프(1)를 OFF시키는 스위치(280)를 연결 구성하되 이 스위치(280)는 상기 누전검출기(270) 또는 마이컴(230)에 의해 스위칭 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압방전등용 조도 제어시스템.
