Claims (3)
- 편광판과 칼라필터(Color Filter, CF)기판과 액정층과 박막 트랜지스터(Thin Film Trasistor, TFT)기판과 편광판이 순차적으로 결합되어 완성된 대형 TFT-LCD 패널에서 커팅코자하는 부위의 표면 및 이면에 구비된 편광판을 길이방향으로 제거하는 편광판 박피단계와,상기 편광판 박피단계에서 박피된 표면부위을 현미경으로 관찰하여 상기 박막 트랜지스터 기판의 게이트라인과 데이터라인을 손상치 아니한 부위를 설정하는 커팅위치설정 단계와,상기 설정된 커팅위치를 따라 다이아몬드 휠을 이용하여 칼라필터 기판의 중간깊이까지 커팅하는 제1 스크라이브 라인 설정단계와,상기 제1 스크라이브 라인 설정된 부위의 반대면인 이면으로 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 일단을 척킹한 후 턴오버(turn over)하는 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 턴오버 단계와,상기 대형 TFT-LCD 패널을 턴오버한 후 제1 스크라이브 라인을 설정한 부위와 정확하게 일치된 부위인 이면 편광판이 박피된 부위를 다이아몬드 휠을 이용하여 박막 트랜지스터 기판의 중간깊이까지 커팅하는 제2 스크라이브 라인 설정단계와,상기 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 칼라필터 기판과 박막 트랜지스터 기판에 스크라이브 라인을 형성한 상태에서 30분간 자연균열을 위하여 진정하는 진정단계와,상기 30분간 진정단계를 거친 후 자연균열된 칼라필터 기판과 박막 트랜지스터 기판을 절단하는 커팅단계와,상기 커팅된 부위를 실링처리하는 실링처리단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 커팅방법.
- 편광판과 칼라필터(Color Filter, CF)기판과 액정층과 박막 트랜지스터(Thin Film Trasistor, TFT)기판과 편광판이 순차적으로 결합되어 완성된 대형 TFT-LCD 패널에서 커팅코자하는 설정하는 커팅위치설정 단계와,상기 설정된 커팅위치를 따라 다이아몬드 휠을 이용하여 칼라필터 기판의 중간깊이까지 커팅하는 제1 스크라이브 라인 설정단계와,상기 제1 스크라이브 라인 설정된 부위의 반대면인 이면으로 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 일단을 척킹한 후 턴오버(turn over)하는 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 턴오버 단계와,상기 대형 TFT-LCD 패널을 턴오버한 후 제1 스크라이브 라인을 설정한 부위와 정확하게 일치된 부위를 다이아몬드 휠을 이용하여 박막 트랜지스터 기판의 중간깊이까지 커팅하는 제2 스크라이브 라인 설정단계와,상기 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 칼라필터 기판과 박막 트랜지스터 기판에 스크라이브 라인을 형성한 상태에서 30분간 자연균열을 위하여 진정하는 진정단계와,상기 30분간 진정단계를 거친 후 자연균열된 칼라필터 기판과 박막 트랜지스 터 기판을 절단하는 커팅단계와,상기 커팅된 부위를 실링처리하는 실링처리단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 커팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 스크라이브 라인 설정단계에서 다이아몬드 침, 레이져(laser)로 커팅하는 것을 포함하는 대형 TFT-LCD 패널의 커팅방법.
