- 특허법 시행규칙 제21조의 2의 규정에 따라 전자적 기록매체에 기록된 컴퓨터 판독이 가능한 조류의 흐르는 에너지 이용방법과 동일함을 확인합니다.바다의 조류를 강력하게 하기위한 제방을 막아 물길을 이끄는 방법.조류가 흐르는 바다에 두 개 이상의 낙하산을 설치하여 바닷물의 흐르는 힘을 받아 에너지를 일으키는 방법.자연인 바다의 조류를 기계가 설치된 구역으로 통과하게 하는 방법.- 10 -조류에너지를 기계적 에너지로 전달, 저장하기 위한 양수저장방법.위와 같이 특허법 제42조의 규정에 의한 출원을 함으로, 특허법 제60조의 규정에 의한 심사청구를 합니다.- 10 -
